You see the problem is black men and hispanic men have a cultural detest for condoms. Also, younger homosexual males have seen in increase in infection rates as they ignore the lessons taught to them by Planned Parenthood-sourced sex education and hey have no concept of the ravages of HIV/AIDS that those who lived through the 1980s saw.

This is a pill designed to sell to a population who won't wear condoms, don't like going to doctors. It'll work out brilliantly. /s
