The only way to prevent grids is to stop doing the perverse actions that cause it (expose you to it). Don’t associate with homosexuals (that is, men don’t have sex with men) and don’t do IV drugs.
This is not that hard. If people continue to do those things they are volunteering for this disease and should suffer it’s consequences on their own.
And it’s not just AIDS that perverts get; there are a host of other incurable and vile diseases and parasites and conditions that inevitably accompany perverted sexual behavior.
