Government is there to keep a minimum of order and defend the country. That’s it. Businesses and people do very well when government is competent at that.

In a small way, he has a point. ALL endeavors are based on past achievements. ALL, except perhaps the very first few in man's history.

That said, he's full of crap otherwise, because generation of a business takes a man or woman, a vision, bravery, and hard work. A business is NOT otherwise created by government, and it does NOT spontaneously arise.

So, Obama is maybe 2% right.... and 98% WRONG.
