Fox and all Radio, TV stations have to renew their license to operate before the FCC. Not sure of the timetable but renewal could be held over their head.

As I said, Canada Free Press ran a piece a while back about media personnel being threatened if they divulged certain things- and I personally think Hannity goes about as far as he can while still keeping his job and life intact.
