The law enforcement, medical, judicial and penal systems in the State of Pennsylvania need to be criminally indicted for
I recall there was a popular boxer of long ago, Rubin "Hurricane" Carter, who was wrongly charged and convicted of murder. He was exonerated following a movie exposure of the corruption that put him in prison.
If only someone of us had a Hollywood contact, the events here are beyond brutal; beyond unjust; beyond comprehension. A film script written in real life blood.
Quite honestly, it is only this kind of exposure that will free this victim of a governing authority and medical system gone insane.
I 'twitted' the PA ACLU among others with some degree of legal influence, but this small action is not enough.
So long as Mr. Robert Leone's physical well being and Constitutional protections have been are being violated, we are all being violated -- subject to the life threatening physical beatings, denied medical attention, and wrongly convicted and imprisoned.
Please; we MUST act to right this horrific damage to Mr. Leone's well being and denial of his freedom. Our freedoms are in peril, so long as the despicable evildoers walk free among us. He must be made whole; the criminal animals who delighted in their torture of Mr. Leone MUST be made to suffer a prison sentence commensurate with their sub-human insanity; we owe Mr. Leone AND OURSELVES a restitution of our lawful freedoms and protection.
Suggestions ----- what should be done NOW !!!!!!
The stupid police: “He spit in my face” You know, they actually should be trained to expect same and to NOT REACT. All this garbage about “He didn’t respect me, etc” is BS... What people are supposed to act like they are at a tea party when they are being arrested? The police are supposed to be better than that and not sink to their level.
I can’t stand this video of these huge police, striding around like they are so tough. This arrestee’s tax dollars are paying their salaries and they work for him, not the other way around. He has to be arrested because he broke the rules, but that doesn’t make them better than him.
BEFORE YOU GO SPOUTING OFF AGAIN, LISTEN AND WATCH THE WHOLE VIDEO.
what was he stopped for? He broke the rule of not stopping I would guess.
I wanted to but I didn’t want the commentary from the former cop etc.
Yeah, I think it is criminal, I always tell my clients, no law enforcement contact. No one trusts them anymore, serve and protect has become Prey on.
Sorry you are mad.
” I recall there was a popular boxer of long ago, Rubin “Hurricane” Carter, who was wrongly charged and convicted of murder. He was exonerated following a movie exposure of the corruption that put him in prison.”
That movie was a bunch of fictional baloney. Carter was not exonerated. He was let go due to some legal technicality. Even his Canadian friends who helped free him later admitted that they regretted it.

PLEASE. Someone invent a fast forward button for You Tube videos. NOW!!! The announcer in this video must have taken about ten valiums before talking. Either write down the facts, or edit out about 90% of this boring, slow, repetitive video. No one will watch past the first few seconds and you won’t help this victim if you bore people to death.
Um, there’s a little slider-bar that you can use to alter the position of the video.
ok you just want to tell someone off. you told me off. hope you feel better
The judge - “A conviction which rests upon racial stereotypes, fears and prejudices violates rights too fundamental to permit deference to stand in the way of the relief sought.”
Amazing. That was a very interesting read, btw. Thanks for that.
In this instance, one needs to follow the chain of events to validate the evidence offered.
A great opportunity to jump off the 'instant' bandwagon, and begin to think clearly.
How about summarizing the facts so we can get the point and decide if it’s worth looking into further? Insulting FReepers as “instant coffee” doesn’t help; getting the core point across does. All I see so far is vague over-accusations. Look, we’re inundated with information; providing a bit of filtering helps garner interest in pursuing the point further. If you can’t be bothered to summarize the facts, I’ve got other crisis to handle.
Its nice to know that you can be charged with assault on a police officer, because he broke his hand while punching your head.
Denzel Washington lands a knockout punch as Rubin "Hurricane" Carter, a prizefighter who -- at the zenith of his boxing career -- finds himself wrongly convicted of a triple homicide and sentenced to three life terms. While in prison, Carter pens his autobiography, which inspires Brooklyn teen Lesra Martin (Vicellous Reon Shannon) and a trio of Canadian advocates (Liev Schreiber, John Hannah and Deborah Unger) to help prove Carter's innocence.
Constitutional freedoms....so what, huh.
What if it were you in that vehicle....so what, huh.
