Ohio storm victims in the Columbus area are more than likely welcoming the extension of help and assistance from the Romney presidential campaign, as they recover from the recent devastating storm which pummeled the area. This assistance comes on the heels of Governor Kasich State of Emergency declaration which covers the state of Ohio. Will Obama campaign join Romney campaign to assist Ohio storm victims?
Although many in the Obama presidential camp may be cynical enough to label this a campaign ruse, for the many hundreds of families that were left battered and in need of emergency relief items like, non-perishable foods, flashlights and even donations of water, the Romney campaign efforts are a welcomed godsend.
It is important to understand in all of the political turbulence which has been swirling around the state of Ohio between the two presidential camps; at the center there are real people, who live in real communities that are undergoing a truly tremendous crisis. So for the moment, all of the political platitudes which have been screaming across Ohioans television screens must be (Read More)

obama helps NO ONE unless he has taxpayer money to do it.
Hope not. Ohioans don’t need to get violently nauseous on top of everything else!
Proof that they need a few more wind generators. /s
Obama has already done his work.
In the last few weeks we have seen a tropical storm hit Florida, devastating storms hit Ohio, storms that devastated Maryland, Virginia and DC and fires that are destroying Colorado.
The only commonality is that they all voted for Obama in 2008.
I have relatives in Ohio. They are truly in need right now.

I have a number of trees down, the power was out for half a day. In the past, we’ve had it out for 10 days.
I have a Husquevarna, and tomorrow morning I will get myself out cutting up fallen trees.
For the record: I’m not asking for Federal aid. If Romney or Obama show up, I have an extra chain saw and a quick demo.
This is nothing new for the Romneys. I remember that they stepped up to aid people in CA during the campaign in 2008. It was either after a forest fire, or a landslide. Romney and his sons were out there digging trenches to save a neighborhood in Southern CA.
OTOH, I’ve never seen Obama pick up a tool to help anybody.
Hey! He hung curtains! (Cue the picture of Obama hanging curtains).
Will it get in the way of DumBO going to Geneva to fund raise with the Saint of Darfur.
So....the story seems kind of vague...
Romney handed out flashlight batteries?
Or, what?
That's because 0bama is a tool, and he only helps himself.
He probably will-it’s an opportunity to attend campaign fundraisers all the way back to the White Hut, just like he did after visiting the CO fires.
what about Virginia: http://potluckbloggers.wordpress.com/2012/07/01/a-tale-of-one-tragedy-and-two-campaigns/
Your cousin lives in my town, then.
