It is the duty of U.S. Attorney for the District of Columbia Ronald Machen to prosecute contempt of Congress cases per an article I read here at FR predicting this exact scenario a week, or so ago. No I don’t have a link.
In the article they stated this would be what would happen with this administration’s record, and the U.S. Attorney of DC being appointed by Holder.

IIRC, once someone is held in contempt of Congress, the Speaker can direct the House sergeant-at-arms to take the accused into custody, bring him to the House floor to answer the charges, and throw him in jail if he refuses to cooperate. Yes/No?

This is not even good political theatre. If they were serious about doing anything about F and F, they would be pursuing impeachment.
Its not about getting rid of Holder. Its about convincing the conservative rubes back home that they’re doing “something” to hold him accountable. It would be laughable if good people hadn’t died as a result.
