Has the SCOTUS EVER taken an unConstitutional law and changed the original premise to make it Constitutional? If the new 'wording' (TAX) had been in the original Bill, it NEVER would have passed!

Um, Roe v. Wade was patently unconstitutional on the face of it and was made a constitutional right out of whole cloth by a liberal activist court.
If the word tax was never in Obamacare, you can be sure the words “right to privacy” cited in Roe v. Wade are nowhere to be found in the 1st Amendment to the US Constitution.
“Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.”
I don’t see any right to an abortion in their, or a right to kill unborn babies or a magic “right to privacy”.
So the answer is yes, since at least 1970, SCOTUS has been making up law at of whole cloth to rule unconstitutional laws as being constitutional.
I was so excited this morning and SO depressed all day. I’ve been almost crying for all these hours since I heard Chief Justice Roberts did this to America. Just unbelievable. I’m just glad I’m getting old. In 2014 they are supposed to enroll me in Medicare. Two years and let’s see what the congress does with those years.....In 2 years I might be a useless non taxpaying individual who is unworthy to get a doctor to see me if I am ill. But the good news is, I’m not 20 years old any more!
Jay Leno last night lead off with: "The mandate is Constitutional!”, so we cannot trust the news/entertainment industry to tell the truth. They all received their talking points immediately to not mention the word TAX. No truth in the news/entertainment industry at all anymore. We are so screwed. Our country will not survive this travesty of justice.
And a Supreme Court ‘Justice’ that wrote the law but would’t recuse herself.

There is no longer a need for the legislative branch of government. As Jack Nicholson said as President of the United States, in the movie, Mars Attacks, “ We still have 2 branches of government, and that ain’t bad!”
Injustice Roberts walks in to rob a bank and yells, “GIVE ME YOUR MONEY! THIS IS NOT A STICKUP, THIS IS A TAX!”
I think it’s more likely somebody showed him a videotape taken in a men’s lavatory or public park, back in the days when he was doing pro-bono work for homosexual “marriange” groups. From before he hid that aspect of his personal life. Blackmail can cause a last minute flip like this.
PS: Blackmail is “the Chicago way.” Look at how Obama “won” is earlier elections: unsealed divorce records, and other last-minute filthy back stabs. Axlerod could easily have been given the gay blackmail tapes, and used them to effect a flip by Roberts. That is my speculation.
To wit: quietly asking “how can I make you an offer you can’t refuse?”
