It stays.
The whole turd is upheld as Constitutional
May God damn them all and this joke of a nation it has become.
Worth repeating:
The Day the Constitution died.
Roberts did us in. Unreal.
The fight goes on. Underscores the importance of winning control of the Senate and Presidency.
Welcome to Taquiyya, folks. We are all dhimmis now. God’s wrath will be poured out on this country.
The whole turd is upheld as Constitutional
I wanted to be wrong but I’m not.
John Roberts has been threatened. Period.
And therefore Obama has passed the largest tax increase in history, breaking his many campaign pledges, not that it matters to him.
The Act is too large for this to be the only Constitutional challenge. Next up I predict a challenge to the Act's attempt to bind future a Congress.
We must take back the Senate while holding the House.
Mandate survives under the taxing power of the Federal governemnt—Roberts has joined with the four lefties to give them a 5-4 decision.
Roberts says the mandate is not a proper under the “Commerce Clause” or the “Necessary and Proper” clause, but OK under the taxing power—has nothing to do with fairness of what Congress enacts.
The Dred Scott decison of 2012.
Thus, the entire act is upheld as Constitutional.
FU GEORGE W BUSH
FU OBAMA
FU ROBERTS
W strikes again with traitor Roberts.
Roberts is a huge disappointment..
Crap!
Let the Revolution begin....
It certainly seems so. Sad.
If it’s a tax then you can’t challenge the constitutionality of a tax until you have actually been forced to pay the tax. When does the mandate actually come into effect as a tax?
I am so pissed off right now!
This sorry bunch of morons, all politicians and the jackass in the Whitehouse have just sold the American people down the freaking river!
We are done if we do not resist!
“When injustice becomes law, resistance becomes mandatory” Thomas Jefferson
“Our precedent demonstrates that Congress had the power to impose the exaction in Section 5000A under the taxing power, and that Section 5000A need not be read to do more than impose a tax. This is sufficient to sustain it. “
