The Act is too large for this to be the only Constitutional challenge. Next up I predict a challenge to the Act's attempt to bind future a Congress.

We must take back the Senate while holding the House.

Yup! And now Obama and the Democrats have to defend the LARGEST TAX INCREASE IN HISTORY this election year. Repeal has just been made easier.
