I am not holding my breath...
I already have tears in my eyes...if it is upheld...
my business closes it’s doors.
We’re small, we’re tiny and it will be over. All this struggle to get through this past 3 years for nothing. I should have taken my chips and headed for the hills.

The court will convene at 10am. Then they will be in session, and one judge will read a summary of one ruling and another judge another ruling. ObamaCare will probably be last, because the room will get noisy after that.

This is like waiting for a birth to occur.EXACTLY. I'm watching on FOX. My heart is happy seeing all the Tea Party flags in the crowd outside the court.
Fingers crossed.

Thus is not advocating individual lawlessness, butThe lawlessness is in the existing government, all three branches.
Again, do we have enough people with righteous anger and courage to stand up against this?
No. Perhaps after a catastrophic event and a period of years of state-of-nature savagery, a useful number of righteous and brave individuals will rise out of the ashes. But right now we have virtually nothing but submitters, tolerators, enablers, collaborators...sheeple.

In Alvarez, the Ninth Circuit is affirmed. Per Kennedy. His opinion is for a plurality.
The statute violates the First Amendment. Breyer and Kagan concur and conclude that the Act as presently drafted fails First Amendment scrutiny. So Congress probably could rewrite it.

That should be the 2nd half of a two-part question. The first being “What would you give to get your adult kids the hell out of your house?”...then if not, part 2...

Scotusblog says there is a large box containing the HC decision.. I would expect that if they threw out the mandate and then parsed the 2,700 pages..
