Today _resident 0bamas head of HOMELAND SECURITY, the infamous Janet Napalitano at the direction of the _resident, unilaterally decided to VIOLATE THE EQUAL PROTECTION CLAUSE OF THE UNITED STATES CONSTITUTION by denying Arizona the right to have the laws of the UNITED STATES applied equally as the other 49 states.
Napalitano is refusing to have IMMIGRATION and CUSTOMS ENFORCEMENT respond to pick up illegal aliens and enforce federal immigration law unless a felony is involved.
I can just see imagine seeing _resident 0bama in a tantrum stomping his feet on the floor of the oval office right now.
These people are so bogus...
If Zero wins, it is time for some states to seceed.
Arrest the illegals and drop them off in Washington DC and go back and get some more.
Maybe that is exactly what Sheriff Arpaio is considering. They interviewed him today and he said he had ideas of what he would do if they refused to enforce the law. When asked what he would do, he stated something to the effect of he would get it done.
Let me see if I can find the video since I can’t remember exactly what he said!
Although this isn’t the one I saw earlier, it’s good enough!

Sheriff Arpaio: I’m going to enforce our state laws
I’ve got a couple strategies in mind and I’m not going to divulge them.
I saw the same interview today.
[My thoughts, not Joe’s]
From a desert tent city jail to a free bus ride to the Rio Grande will work.
Frankly, I think Big Sister (Brother?) is being very much equal about her treatment of the states—she has no intention of enforcing immigration laws in any part of the country; she’s just being open and honest about it with regards to AZ as per your accurate description of a “temper tantrum.”
See #9. That is one I saw earlier. The Fox link wasn’t working.
What Obama and Napolitano did to Arizona might be called counterproductive and spiteful and even childish and stupid, but it has nothing whatsoever to do with the equal protection clause of the Fourteenth Amendment. The equal protection clause is applicable only to relationships between a State and its citizens, not to relationships between the federal government and the states.
You said it exactly.
Today the federal government told the citizens of Arizona they would NOT RECEIVE THE SAME PROTECTION as the citizens in the other 49 states get.
Got it?
