4. ObamaCare Severability
Amy Howe: The Court will sit again on Thursday to announce the rest of the opinions. So there you have it.
Tom: From the opinion authorship, health care is almost certainly being written by CJ Roberts, perhaps in part with Justice Kennedy
Pray for this country.
Thursday for Dimb0care ruling...

Thanks for joining us today. We almost cracked 100K on the Live Blog. And we didn’t crash!
I don't know how you can see it that way, based on Roberts siding with the illegals.
We won’t know until Thursday which way Roberts voted.
Looks like all we can do in AZ is check their papers, and then tell the feds so & so is living here without documentation.
As if the feds will give a damn!
A good sign?
Roberts voted AGAINST Arizona. If he & Kennedy are writing a joint opinion on HC, I have no hope whatsoever it will go in our favor.
Maybe the Court wanted to throw the administration a bone before it strikes down Obamacare.
Per SCOTUS blog- the Court will sit again at 10 am Thursday.
Waterboarding has nothing on this...
Agreed. I find it quite encouraging that Roberts and Kennedy and writing the majority opinion on healthcare, if true.
Maybe, maybe not. Roberts sided with the libs to strike down the AZ law and that was with the Kagan recusal.
Kennedy wrote this, if you are relying on the oral arguments in Obamacare I don’t even think Kennedy’s comments were very encouraging to begin with.
Better hope this doesnt give Obama a bump and that he is gotten out of office.
And on immigration, the republicans are selling us out anyway.
Agreed. The two things most people are forgetting are: 1) that the Supreme Court is currently a Statist organization, they will not reduce the power of the government unless [one of] the other two branches is stomping on their own power (or something that could easily hurt them) {i.e. when was the last time they ruled for judicial restraint; for SC judicial restraint?}; 2) that they can be, and likely have been, threatened.
These two considerations that few seem to be making. Given their cowardice on the eligibility issue, I do not have high hopes despite the clearness of the case.

GOD I hope you're right. Otherwise, when does the secession movement begin (and I'm not kidding)
Its not encouraging at all. Roberts and Kennedy are likely to uphold Obamacare. We better stop smoking crack kool aid here.
May mean a strike down.
