Sheriff Joe challenges eligibility in Florida

Arizona Sheriff Joe Arpaio and his Cold Case Posse lead investigator have submitted sworn affidavits in a Florida case challenging President Obama’s eligibility for the election ballot of the crucial swing-state that decided the 2000 presidential election.

Significantly, Judge Terry Lewis in Leon County – known for his rulings in the Bush v. Gore case at the center of the 2000 contested election – has confronted the White House for failing to support its claim that the term “natural born citizen” in the U.S. Constitution means something other than the offspring of two American citizens.

Lewis has scheduled a hearing for Monday at 9 a.m. at the Leon County Courthouse in Tallahassee to hear the Obama team’s motion to dismiss the case and determine whether it should go forward with discovery.

Affidavits from Arpaio, Cold Case Posse lead investigator Mike Zullo and WND author and senior reporter Jerome Corsi have been filed ahead of the hearing. The briefs support the complaint’s charge that there is evidence Obama is constitutionally ineligible for the White House and, therefore, original documentation is needed to determine whether he should be on the ballot.

Attorney Larry Klayman, founder of the Washington, D.C., watchdogs Judicial Watch and Freedom Watch, is representing a registered member of the Democratic Party, Michael Voeltz, who has filed the complaint as a Florida voter. Klayman’s work is supported by the non-profit ConstitutionActionFund.org.

Klayman told WND today that unlike other Obama eligibility cases, this case “likely will go the distance” because of the strength of Florida law, which provides voters with the right to challenge a candidate’s eligibility.

“The judge must make a decision based on eligibility,” Klayman explained. “He can’t sidestep it as judges in other states have attempted to do.”

“Upon close examination of the evidence,” Arpaio states, “it is my belief that forgery and fraud was likely committed in key identity documents including President Obama’s long-form birth certificate, his Selective Service Registration card, and his Social Security number.”

Go Joe Go! We know that Holder is dirty and needs to recuse himself from all of Florida issues. He sued Florida for removing ilegals from the voting roles. Hopfully Holder will resign or the contempt change stick so that we can restore honesty and intregrity to the DOJ.

I have not met the Obot yet who can explain why the Framers would have preferred the person in the highest office in the land w innately divided loyalties over one w sole loyalty to the USA. When one or both parents are foreigners, there is divided loyalty no matter how you slice it. We see it in action in Obama. He prefers his foreign heritage to his American heritage—and he has come right out and said so. Even if he hadn't, his actions speak louder than words. He is the very type of person the Framers sought to exclude—and w good reason.

If this judge stays the course, the WH attorneys will be twisting like crazed pretzels. It would be a sight worth seeing.

Almost all games require you to look forward more than one move. So ... What are the possible next moves? I haven’t seen this discussed anywhere.

What if the Judge rules Obama ineligible?

1) Of Course Obama appeals, but does it get appealed to the Supreme Court before the election? or the Democrat nomination convention?

2) Do Democrats continue to support Obama, or do they call for him to resign?

3) Does Obama resign and make Biden President? [Aaaarrrrggg]
and then make Hillary Vice President?

4) With such a short period of time before the nomination convention, will the Clintons resurrect their political machine and capture the Democratic nomination for Hillary before other politicians can get organized... Then the Democrat party would roar “vote for the first woman president” the way they roared “vote for the first black president” -— would Romney have a chance against that? Will we just trading Obama for Hillary ... for 8 years?

Conventional Wisdom suggests that there is an ancient Chinese curse -— may you achieve your heart’s fondest desire. It is a curse for a reason.

After seeing these affidavits the Judge is in a bind.

If I am him, I demand access to all Hawaii records and Microfilm.

I make it clear to all that if Hawaii refuses to cooperate, then he's not eligible. I give them 48 hours to green light access to all documents and records. If Hawaii wants to sink Obama, let them.

I knew they were investigating him I just didn’t hear the recent lawsuit that was filed in May. I will stay tuned now as it looks like they are running scared and this is the Chicago way of shutting people up. Glad Joe isn’t backing down and I give my support to Sheriff Joe. Funny thing is Holder is a huge hypocrite. He is demanding all this info from Sheriff Joe, while Holder himself is being asked for documents by Congress and is stonewalling. I can’t wait till Holder is held in contempt.

Facts known and unknown about Oboma’s birth are interesting to discuss and speculate about, but it appears this case does not hinge on a dispute of where he was born, but rather on the legal definition of the term “Natural Born Citizen”. If this court rules that the term means the issue of two citizen parents, facts agreed to by Oboma would disqualify him. The burden would then be on him to accept the ruling or initiate an appeal. If the court rules that two citizen parents are not required, then the burden is on the plaintiffs to accept the decision or initiate an appeal. In either case, the matter could finally be on track to final resolution.
