I have not met the Obot yet who can explain why the Framers would have preferred the person in the highest office in the land w innately divided loyalties over one w sole loyalty to the USA. When one or both parents are foreigners, there is divided loyalty no matter how you slice it. We see it in action in Obama. He prefers his foreign heritage to his American heritage—and he has come right out and said so. Even if he hadn't, his actions speak louder than words. He is the very type of person the Framers sought to exclude—and w good reason.

If this judge stays the course, the WH attorneys will be twisting like crazed pretzels. It would be a sight worth seeing.

I nominate this post for threadwinner!

That statement is SO true. Every time I've bumped up against an Obot with that glaring truth, the best they've ever been able to come back with is something along the lines of how every judge, every court case heretofore has refused to rule that way, ad nauseum.

They can't respond coherently to such a posit, because anything they would say directly counter to it would completely fly in the face of simple logic.
