How is training going, AH?

We're on 12 hour days at work, seven days per week.I'm taking Sunday off - Mrs. MAcNEssa and I are going to Wolf Trap to see "Riverdance"　in its final U.S. appearance.

We've discontinued PT for the present - basically, I can do everything at home that we were doing at the Clinic. I have a treadmill, leg weights and elastic bands at home.

I think you are wise to take over your own PT at home. I’ve been trying to use the bands at work since I sit behind a computer so much.

Mrs. MacNessa and I are both on diets at this juncture. She's doing much better on the treadmill than I am - guess that's because she has been at it longer than I.

Weather here has been so-so, with nice weather coming up. The school kids are down to their last few days and are quite smiley :-)

I'm looking forward to having next week off, really need the R&R.
