And that didn’t end so well. In fact, I’d say it ended very badly indeed. JFK wasn’t and isn’t my fave president, but no Democrat since (and a few Republicans) have been a patch on him. If only he’d had a few more sensible advisors, Cuba would be free, our markets would be prosperous and I’d bet race relations would be vastly better than they are.
