Sen. John McCain (R-Ariz.) said late Friday that President Obama will remain on Arizona’s ballot despite conspiracy theory-fueled threats from the state’s top election official.
“The president of the United States is not going to be taken off the ballot,” McCain told Phoenix television station KPNX.

Mike Zullo, the head of Arpaio’s Cold Case Posse team investigating Obama’s eligibility, told WND that Hawaii’s refusal to comply “is just another outright, glaring display of stonewalling that the Sheriff’s Office has encountered since Day One conducting this investigation.”
Zullo said “common sense at this point should be everyone’s guide.”
“If this was a non-issue, it wouldn’t be going on eight weeks waiting for the state of Hawaii to verify anything,” he said.
Zullo told WND that Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office investigators have spoken at length with Bennett regarding the president’s birth record. Arpaio’s team announced March 1 that it found probable cause that the document released by the White House last year as Obama’s birth certificate is a forgery.
Zullo said his team spoke with Bennett as recently as last week.
“We are in the beginning stages of enlightening him to critical information that the sheriff has acquired during this investigation,” Zullo said.
‘It looks like they’re hiding something’
Arpaio confirmed he’s still investigating Obama’s birth certificate and also the president’s Selective Service registration form, which his team also found probable cause to be a forgery.
In spite of the total media blackout and outward non-nonchalance on this stuff, the insiders are noticing.
McCain has zero say in the matter, thank God.

It’s really easy McCain, just produce the necessary documentation for him to stay on the ballot, then he will be there...but I guess you don’t want to look stupid for not properly investigating this during your weak presidential campaign.
Juan needs to mind his own business. Besides, he can always write in his messiah’s name if it isn’t printed on the ballot.
...and I am SURE if the tables were reversed, George W or even McCain would have DEMOCRAT defenders saying the exact same thing.....(sarcasm)
In a way, I’m glad he didn’t become president, but jeez, what a dick! I guess we have no desire to know truth. OR, the simple answer, he’s part of the plot, too.

This dumb-ass Senator was a dumb-ass at the Naval Academy (894 of 899 in his graduating class rank) and has remained a dumb-ass. His “class ranking” puts him down near the bottom among the current crop of RINOs.
Arpaio nor McLame can keep Obama on the list or take him off. It is up to the Arizona Sec. of State, IIRC. Correct me if I am wrong.

I thought many years ago that he was to be commended for his actions in Viet Nam.
Now, he is an embarassment to himself, his family, to the Navy, and to Arizona as a whole.

Bennett is the Secretary of State.
He and every other Sec State of each state have the complete right and the RESPONSIBILITY to make sure that any candidate on their ballot is eligible to be there.

What convinced the judge in Georgia to decide Obamugabe was “born in Hawaii” without any evidence of such being introduced in court?
