When that “fact” was detrimental to him, it was no longer “true”.
If Obama got any kind of student “help” financially because of his foriegn status...would he not be liable for fraud!

I went to that agency site and found this. Basically it says the author is the one who has to submit the information. So, if Obama’s team hasn’t locked it down, there should be a source document from Obama.

So in theory, the agency follows its own protocol, there should be a source document FROM the President himself at that time. THAT is what would be telling. I suspect the DNC has fired up the Photoshop engines in turbo mode right now and it may take a couple days but we’ll see an altered submission....
Funny how the same “mistake” about his birthplace shows up in multiple docs, from multiple sources all over the place? How ironic that unrelated sources would make the same mistake over a period of several years.
I got into an argument with a Liberal neighbor about this last night.
I asked him, “Obama at some point claimed he was foreign-born to get into an Ivy League school. If Obama was born in Hawaii, he defrauded an American education institution. If he was born in Kenya, he defrauded the American people. He can’t explain away both, and he can’t have it both ways.”
He got red in the face and started bashing me for being a racist, fascist, bigoted, etc.
“Either way,” I said, “your boy committed fraud.”
He threw back the last of his glass of scotch, walked back to his house, and slammed the patio door without saying a word to me.
If sanity ever prevails again in this country, and if the future leaders of this country have the honesty, integrity and courage to admit what is probably the most egregious and flagrant coverup (likely rivaling what really happened with the philanderer JFK), perhaps this stain on our heritage can be corrected for future generations to ponder and learn from.

Lost in all this birther crap is the whole purpose behind the “natural born citizen” clause of the Constitution.
The founders wanted to ensure that the executive power of the people was placed in an individual imbued and familiar with America, its way of life and its institutions from birth.
Obama, though probably born in Hawaii, is essentially a foreigner, with ideas foreign to American heritage. His aristocratic bearing is an affront to the American character.
There is something deep in the American charachter that recognizes and rejects this and I hope, always will. That republican spirit that says “hey, who the hell are you. Well get in line like everybody else!” will hopefully throw him out on his ear in November and not look back.
As Americans we’ll say “well I don’t care who this guy is, he sucked. Next!”

His grandmother said she witnessed his birth IN KENYA,
The site where he was born had a sign posted "BIRTHPLACE OF OBAMA" which was quickly changed to "BOYHOOD HOME OF OBAMA,"
He, himself, has admitted in his own words that he was born in Kenya,
The newspapers declared that he was born in Kenya when he got into the Senate,
His rather porcine wife says he was born in Kenya, etc.
Do the members of congress hold the office of the president in that kind of utter contempt to not stop this monstrous fraud and jail these thugs?
So far, ALL the evidence presented to support this has been proven to be forgery. Born in Hawaii or not, he is, without question, a pathological liar and fraud.
It’s like calling out someone for something they’ve been hiding and thinking that no one noticed. I truly, in my heart of hearts, believe that millions of Obama supporters secretly believe and accept that Obama is a criminal of the highest order, but they want to feel better about themselves and support him.

I will never understand this mentality that we have to give them unlimited handouts as some sort of reparation for ills to their ancestors. That’s exactly what this comes down to, IMO.
