Beck and others probably want this nailed down before they run with it.
Afraid, with good reason maybe, of just dropping down dead a la Breitbart.
They have to worry about themselves, yes, but they also have to worry about their families, their friends, business partners, staff, etc.

“There is only one way a publishing company would know detailed biographical information on a (then) unknown and obscure author, and that would be by simply asking them. It appears the Bamster has been busted.”
Just to maintain their credibility (yeah, I know that's a stretch) wouldn't they check, double check, and triple check someone’s background before publishing anything on them

“That would eliminate the rather arduous plane trip for Stanley Ann from Hawaii to Kenya”
Would the airline even let her board the plane if she was so pregnant, what with all kinds of litigious possibilities, like giving birth on a plane and stewards had to deliver the baby and something went wrong.
If it was my airline, and Stanley Ann was very pregnant and could possibly go into labor during the flight, I would turn her back. No “airplane baby birthing” on my watch.

Is that the aunt in Kenya who supported the story of him being born in Kenya because she helped with the delivery?
Something like this came up early in his campaign and got smacked down pretty quickly.
Maybe he gave his Homeland $150,000 to STFU.

There is no excuse for the POTUS not to follow the laws of this nation. Providing a Birth Certificate is one of the simplest things to provide. Not doing so is unacceptable. I find it unacceptable for an elected government official to be above the laws of this great nation. By doing so, Obama shows his disrespect to the people and the laws of this nation.

“Considering President Stoner admitted his last two years of high school were a blur from ganja and brewskis, it's likely his grades weren't good enough to get into a community college.”
That is always in the back of my mind.
Stoners I knew in last two years of h.s. didn't get the scores high enough to get into Harvard. Not even the ones with rich daddies. Not even the ones that had a least one parent that went to Harvard.
I'm betting on affirmative action here.
When it helps, use it.
When it doesn't, lose it.

"Are they afraid of this man? Are they afraid of telling the American people who Obama is?"
Kinda' looks that way and that makes them ineligible for holding a congressional seat.
Why don't they put on "their big girl panties?" Why don't they man up?
Don't any of them remember a real man: Margaret Thatcher.
More of a man than this sorry lot we have.
There must be some really bad backroom on this; why else is ANYBODYscarred .

Thanks, Chgogal. I'm glad you were referring to Fluck..
Donna Summer was a very nice and very talented woman.
Madame Fluck is a whole different story, isn't she!?
