It has long been my understanding that citizenship is a characteristic of nature, not of the location you happen to be when you are born. Just as an unborn child is a person even before it emerges, so is an unborn citizen still a citizen before it is born.
That characteristic which makes a child both a person and a citizen is that which is acquired from it's mother and father.
John McCain was born to citizen parents in the service of our nation, and he himself fought and suffered on our behalf. I do not regard him as having any taint of foreign influence about him, and that is after all, the salient point behind article II anyway.
FOX, Rush, Sean, Ann, Mark, Matt, Michelle, Laura, along with most Republican elected officials not gave a very half-hearted effort (at most) to pursue the truth, they worked to marginalize those who demanded full disclosure, as all previous presidential candidates were compelled to produce.
Fact is we wouldn't have obama and related problems if these people did their jobs. Thanks a lot boys and girls.

I should have been more careful in my response. Yes of course you have to read it to find out what is there, but once you recognize that it is an agenda piece, you don't have to regard it as credible. I'm speaking of Tribe and Olson.

You have always been right and don’t let the naysayer’s tell you otherwise. I saw the exchange also on a C-SPAN double header during the primary of 2007/2008.
I believe Keyes was making a point about illegal immigration and was talking about allegiance to America and had finished his well reasoned argument against anchor babies with the comment how that is why per the Constitution we make sure our Commander and Chief of the United States of America is a natural born Citizen because otherwise there would be divided allegiance.
I was so close to actually having my wife record the broadcast because I was running late from work and desired very much to see the whole debate due to my love for Keyes and distain for the “I wont wear that pin on my chest” and no hand or salute for our anthem.
Barry was in defense mode and instead of understanding Keyes point about illegal immigration, thought it was an attack towards him. Looking back now with how narcissistic he is, it makes total sense how Obama thought that. Everything is about hisself.

Because I remember vividly that they were standing up during the debate.
I know there are really good Freepers here that doubt that it happened and especially one that knew Keyes personally that said it never happened, but you and I know better and there are more of us than you might think. Nobody should waste time looking at C-Span or Youtubes unless they are recently uploaded because unless they have the unedited version, it wont be there. The exchange happened with time allotted well expired and the moderator scolding them.
Obama used the I’m not running for President line because he knew he wasn’t one of us.
She was married. The divorce papers have been disclosed.
One other note. Obama Sr. was already married with two children so he committed bigamy if he married again.
