So this is how many times theyve tried (in vain)? If Osama Obama gets 4 more Arpaio will be indicted...even if the Dept of Just Us has to manufacture evidence.
To: Sacajaweau
They are supposed to issue their Ruling in June or July. When it comes out in support of SB1070 it should take a big bite out the DOJ suit.

Nope. All Obama is doing is keeping the Dream Act alive with this.
Like every other thing this administration does, the minute the narrative changes, this will go away.

The feds won’t use good faith efforts to fulfill their constitutional duty to protect the country from foreign invasion as they stubbornly & arrogantly refuse to enforce federal law; and they don’t want any state doing anything to protect itself from the invasion and reconquista; and they will use the full power of the executive branch to leave the states defenseless to protect themselves.
The woman at Romney’s rally was right: Barack (`Me! Me! Me!’) Obama and, further, his chief law enforcement officer are traitors to the USA.

Or the court may declare the DOJ case dismissed, ruling it's “des minimus prejorum.”

The Obama administration is using the Department of Justice as a shadow supreme court.

Fine, then I heartily endorse beginning the next US civil war post haste.
I mean that.

Fine, then I heartily endorse beginning the next US civil war post haste. You beat me to it. I have had enough of the civility dance conservatives continue to do with liberals that only results in the anal date-rape of conservatives.
The only positive that can come of an Obama reelection would be the inevitable rebellion.

Sadly this is not surprising, many in Obambi's 'Justice' Department were attorneys for many of the terrorists at Guantanamo. The Taliban, Al Queada, and the Obama Administration all hate America.
To: Internet Walnut
This is all purely political. It's an attempt to convince Hispanics that Obama is looking out for their “Special Interests,” etc.
No problem, because Obama, Holder et. al. will be long gone before this case ever moves through courts.
