Now for our local DC Metroland weather report

~ Today...Cloudy. A chance of showers this morning...
Then a chance of showers
with a slight chance of thunderstorms this afternoon.
Highs in the mid 70s. West winds 5 to 10 mph.
Chance of rain 50 percent.

~ Tonight... Mostly cloudy.
Showers with a chance of thunderstorms in the evening...
Then a chance of showers after midnight.
Lows in the mid 50s. Northwest winds 5 to 10 mph.
Chance of rain 80 percent.

I'm beginning to think that April showers are a little late this year.
Sure having a rainy spring...
not that I'm complaining.
Loving the mild temps too.

Godspeed our Troops around the Globe, especially those in combat!

Staff Sgt. Nathan Stocking from Lima Company, 3rd Battalion 5th Marines, checks on his junior Marines as they take up shooting positions on the rooftop of a mud home for the night. The Marines were setting in on a position to monitor insurgent movements through the night.
