I've been torn between Senator Rob Portman of Ohio and Senator Marco Rubio of Florida for the GOP Vice Presidential spot. Marco Rubio was on "FOX News Sunday With Chris Wallace" today. OMG, the dude was AWESOME!!! He did not miss a step; sharp, sensible, intelligent answers to every question. I was amazed at how smart this guy is. Don't know for sure, but, you might be able to see the interview on FOX News.com
Yep, Marco Rubio is my guy for VP.
Romney will pick some non-threatening, relatively non-controversial, white Republican establishment guy.
Probably Portman.

Sorry. Rubio is not a conservative despite all the salivating over him by the media and the Republican elite. He has betrayed conservatives by selling out in order to get the vice presidency. I don’t trust him at all.

At this point I don’t really think his VP choice matters.
The Supreme Court will rule one way or the other. I predict they will rule that his is natural born, but irrespective, it’s an argument for the Supreme Court to decide, and it really doesn’t matter what any of us think.

Both are good men but if they were automobiles,
Rubio would be a Jaguar XK8
Portman would be a Honda Accord
And West would be an M1A1
If Rubio is not qualified, neither is zero.

I don’t think so. Romney is trailing now, and I suspect that Obama is going to go bold by nominating Hillary. Portman is not going to stand up to Hillary. Rubio will run circles around Hillary in a debate. And a women v. Hispanic would make an interesting match up, and expose some currently unseen fault lines.
I would not be surprised if the Dems refuse to debate Rubio.
Watch the interview and then tell me what you don’t like about his immigration plan, otherwise don’t respond to me.
Johnny McCain just said that obamney needs to name a VP that could be president. He said that’s what he did 4 years ago [with Sarah]. What qualifications does rubio have.
I hope it is not Portman. Isn’t he the amnesty guy? M. Romney will need somebody who has better name recognition.

obamney is NOT a communist. A lib progressive yes, but he doesnt have a commie card yet.
He has said several times he does not want the VP. His stance on amnesty shows he is no Conservative.
Forget Rubio’s birth certificate, I want to see his parents naturalization papers.
