Everyone please send whatever you are able to, whether it is $10, $100 or $1,000+. The DUmmies, Morons, Kos Kiddies and that crew are laughing up their sleeves. Jim may have to make this site members only or allow ads. Better for us to just help with what we can. Maybe you can donate as a memorial for a lost loved one, a servicemember who never made it home or was disabled defending our country. Perhaps you'd like to give to keep free discussion alive and to show them that we're not knuckling under. I'm sure a well thought out or prayerful meditation will lead you to see the need and how you can help. If every registered FReeper and our lurkers would each just help out with a fin or a sawbuck, or better yet a Ben Franklin, we could put this to bed and get on with the conservative cause.
Mitt Romney gave us Mitt Romney by destroying all of the alternative candidates who did not self-destruct first.
And the GOP-E just stood back and let him engage in scorched-earth politics, the bitter fruit of which we are seeing now.
Why? I've said it before and I'll say it again - the GOP-E would rather lose with a RINO than win with a conservative. Who do you think is closer to the values of Beltway-addled Republicans? Sarah Palin? Or Barack Obama?
My Hero!
Youre not the only one that can yank chains.
I saw the irony, if not the humor.
Well, at least you didn't blog about it. ;)
You wily wascal, you!
Cheers back atcha!
I think Perry was very strong.
He shaped the early debates and brought up all the hard topics first.
A clear leader.
Sadly he was doped up with a broken back that the MSM was just jumping on.
It was a confluence of jackles and circumstance that did him in.
I’ll say this, I am proud of the fellow even in his weakest moment he has shown that he has more tenacity, faith and heart than the others.
You can’t call him heartless.
Dang! Did you ever peg that one!!!
Not buying it, troll-boy.
How much is Romney paying you?
“I believe that Royal Crown now belongs to Wal-Mart.”
RC Cola is owned by “Dr. Pepper Snapple Group” which was a spin-off of Cadbury Schweppes
And they have man beverage brands; mostly well known and popular in America.

Well, I’ll tell you what I’m going to do. I’m going to remove the other half of our equipment fund from our current freepathon goal and we’ll make other plans. It’s not worth the hassle. If all the people who say they’re leaving FR actually leave, we may be able to get by with less anyway.
Every ZOT of a conservative Freeper is driving a donor away.
Everytime other Freepers see ZOTs like that, it drives them away.
Well, you just gave away your strategy to try to neutralize FR, anyway.
How much is Romney paying you, troll? I don't remember your name before this thread. And I've been FReeping almost daily (hours a day) for almost eight years.
Cheers!
Wolfstar got zotted yesterday, gray.
Don’t let ‘em do ya. Proceed apace, with no thought to ankle biters. People are going to talk crap, you know this by now. Let ‘em talk, who cares?
And it won't stop complaints.
Good Lord. You and I have a lot of time to waste, don’t we?
If you don’t like FR and or don’t like the way we operate it leave! Continue anti-freeping, you will be shown the door.
Incorrect. I think it likely Palin knew she probably wasn't going to run by last spring/early summer when she was doing none of the things a serious candidate would do (and Fox didn't terminate her), however she was absolutely determined to at least appear to keep her options open. You know full well her supporters were CERTAIN she was going to unleash some Sun Tzu like "unconventional" campaign designed to go around the establishment. That she wouldn't need to do the things most candidates do. My post assumes only that her dedicated supporters were sure she was running. Come on now, you must know perfectly well that she has devoted fans that still can't let go and believe she may still be the nominee. I'm bad with user names, and forgive me if I am wrong, but I seem to remember you being chief among these people that were certain Palin was running and unable to accept that she wasn't.
Oh I don't dispute Perry stumbled, bumbled and generally demonstrated a clear lack of ability to communicate on the national state. Other members have reminded me that his back surgery may have had something to do with it - but that is neither here nor there. He clearly could not communicate well enough and I gave up on him because of it it.
But what we are talking about here is the anti-Perry vitriol that struck this website, and others, most notable between Perry's high profile entry into the race and Palin's official decision not to run. Some people have blamed the mods for not putting a stop to it. My point is that the tide of anti-Perry stuff was so enormous (here and elsewhere), as Palin supporters mobilized to eliminate what they perceived as her only serious conservative competitor, that there simply wasn't much forum administrators could bo but let it play out. An effort to stop such a thing would have required more speech limiting action than it would have been worth.
If is hard for me to believe anyone can't see how Palin's dithering about making a decision left huge numbers of core conservative activists sitting on the sidelines. These folks were waiting, unable and/or unwilling to get behind another candidate and otherwise attacking all potential Palin competition and it had a very serious (and negative) impact on this cycles GOP primary process. Whether her motives were noble or just an effort to stay in the spotlight, I don't know. But the impact of her delayed decision did conservatives no favors.
