All Pennsylvania voters need to vote for Delegates BY NAME, but the candidates those delegates support are NOT shown on the ballot. Great system, huh? Who you vote for as President on the ballot is meaningless because the delegates are NOT bound.
Here's a sample ballot for District 13 to show you what I mean.
I was searching online and this is the closest I found to a list of which delegates are supporting which candidates. It was on the Ron Paul forums, but they deleted it, because they like to keep this information secret, so I pulled it from Google cache. The list is very incomplete, especially for Newt. But you can just as easily see which delegates you should NOT vote for as well as the ones you should in many cases.
If anyone can help identify who exactly are the Newt delegates on the list, please reply.
You can find out what Congressional District you're in here, just make sure to use the full address, zip code alone won't always work:
http://www.govtrack.us/congress/members
Also, be sure you read the following about how Senate candidate Steve Welch was a Democrat, donated to Joe Sestak, voted for Obama in the primary, and then him and his GOP country club men made up obvious lies about it.

I found this little voter guide for CD 4, where each delegate declares who they’re supporting! If there are 17 more of these out there we’ll be in great shape.
http://www.yorkcountyaction.com/support/ACTIONVoterGuide-DelegatetoRNC4thDistrict.pdf
Here are the Newt people in CD 4:
Charlie GEROW
Eric R. HOFFMAN
Emily M. BROWN
Strangely the Ron Paul list has a guy marked as a Ron Paul delegate, but his statement here says he’s for Mitt Romney.
I’ll relist CD 4 according to the voter guide:

If Santorum is on your primary ballot
Vote for the man and his delegates who fought it
Not for the man who brought it
OBMACARE is a 1.76 Trillion $ Hydra
A 9 headed Serpent whose heads must be decapitated all at once with a Firebrand otherwise they grow back and devour everything in sight
by L.J .Keslin / http://www.theusmat.com
Note this article will print out on 1 page at 60% setting
While the ex governor of the only state with mandatory state run health insurance (which is in trouble ) was busy buying up state primary elections Of the three GOP candidates remaining opposing him only one man, Sen Rick Santorum, had the courage to take on a what they call a third rail issue...Eugenics...one of the heads on that 9 headed snake called obamacare.. and Santorum had his character asassinated for it... Rick has been pummeled from both sides Called , a women hater ,, a religious nut, and ..a one trick pony. Santorum spends an hour discussing oil and the economy then 10 seconds comenting about pornography but guess what MSM and Santorum detractors will talk about... certainly not ,what’s really in the 1.76 trillion dolllar wonder called Obamacare ,,...!;
Population control,.Death panels., Private presidential armys..requiring US to pay for birth control pills and abortions and all that goes in those 2400 pages of rules, laws, and regulations and with it. cost, 1.76 trillion and rising ..
To pay off a 16 trillion dollar national debt at $16.00 a second would take 31,668 years*. .. Not including interest. There is no way to “fix” Obamacare..Part of that debt is a 1.7 trillion dollar secret Xmas eve gift that was delivered in March 09 that must be returned by someone determined to do so not just exchanged .I’ts doubtfull the man in the Etch a Sketch suit will do it. Mitt has yet to explain how his “Romneycare “is working” A trillion seconds of time =31668 years
Two groups late in the last century led in Eugenic development. The Nazis and the Communists. Few know or remember how the Nazis began. First citing “health risk” “nicht rauchen” baning cigarette smoking, Then terminating Down Syndrome children, and then on to mentally defective children and adults,. then on to besides murdering opponents, races. All done to make the German Reich healthy and last a thousand years
. So you go to the MSM (Main Stream Media) the so called “gate keepers” for information about these things and you find closed gates .. The sorcerers in the media magically reduce a 2000 page Hydra , a Greek legendary nine headed venomous serpent that must be slain by a firebrand ,and morph it into the mourning after pill and a “womans health care issue.”
The “gatekeepers” never tell you that Obamacare bill creators and the Amish are exempt from being in Obamacare. The drafters are on record actually calling it population control and demanding Catholic bishops support it.* Their statements are out there .But not mentioned by the so called gate-keepers but by the AM the alternate media, meaning radio talk shows like Limbaugh’s and websites like Britebart’s Government . Places Obama wants to shut down and will once re-elected *Joel Pollak Britebart Government .
When Santorum talks about freedom he warns women surrender their rights when they buy into this monstrosity . That is what’s in Obamacare which is deceptively titled “The Affordable Health Care Act” .Yet Obamacom tzars who hail from that foreign land, the deep swamp of Acadamica are all preaching the utopian wonders of Eugenics. Why it’s the final solution (remember him ?) population control. Which is part of the Obamacare package.
Fortunately Santorum has not shyed away from this issue miss characterized as only a social issued. It is both a social and financial issue $ 1.75 trillion is in no way a minor expenditure. One of this hydra heads Population control affects US from the cradle to the grave. .but Santorum can not speakout and act against this despicable movement ? Particularly when that is being shoved on religious groups by the Demo-Coms . Especially when they are ignoring constitutional rights...
Private job creation projects rejected by the socialists controlling new demo-com party should send a signal to the Republican bleeding heart establishment . “Bi-partisanship” doesn’t exist with the socialists who have taken over the democrat party and to the GOP leading presidential candidate Mitt Romney. Mr Romney should start realizing Obama is a “socialist”.. Everyone including the monthly liberal magazine Newsweek knows he is but Mr Romney just can’t seem to get around to saying it . Preventing an iron mine in Wisconsin for a desperate area in need of jobs or preventing the Keystone pipeline transfering oil from Canada to American refineries decisions which would have provided employment to thousands and reduced gas prices. was not on the new demo-com agenda.which has taken over. Common good is not their concern but their welfare is.. not ours .
Thank You
I’d like to see Santorum do veyr well here.
I’d like to see Santorum do very well here.
Found a similar document for CD 6, here’s the info, unfortunately not even 3 solid non-Romney/Paul delegates to vote for in this Philly suburban district:

Here’s a Q&A with 6th, 7th and 16th district delegates asking their preferences. I don’t have time to turn it into a list at the moment.
http://www.chestercountyaction.org/downloads/Delegates%27%20answers.pdf
It doesn’t make sense to support Santorum, who dropped out and most people will therefore not be voting for. The top 3 or 4 vote-getting delegates are the ones who win the district. So all Santorum can do is take away votes from Newt that could push Newt’s total down under Romney’s. Newt has said he would repeal Obamacare on Day 1 so it’s not like you need to bring Santorum back from the dead to accomplish that.
Thanks for the post. I’m in the reformulated PA4. This is a very important service. BTTT.
Cool, post 4 has all the information you need on CD 4.
If someone has spare time, please copy and paste the username of everyone who posted to the Pennsylvania forum below and put them on a reply to this thread to ping them here:
http://www.freerepublic.com/perl/profiles?location=86
1st it took work to find out those PA delegates ,,Thank You very much for your hard work and I trust it is an accurate review of where they stand ... I assume your from PA and in your state, delegates are indedependent and not required to vote on the 1st ballot to as they are in most other states to the candidate they might be pledged to. Which is why their candidate affiliation will not be show up on a PA ballot.
Now what happens when you vote for Rick ...Your vote counts if he carrys a district he takes the district ...That’s the difference betweeen withdrawal and suspension his delegates vote for him...He gets to be in a position during the convention to bring up platform and he can sepak on issuesn that concern US...if he takes PA there is going to be a big whoa Mr Romney ...
Let me say this about the upcomming SCOUS decision.U feel they will not toss Obamacare completely and if they don’t we are going to be stuck wit the rest of it ...Now if that happens I frankly don’t trust Romeny and many of the “GOP establishemnt” to support dumping it.
In a way we’re beginning to learn where Mr.Romney stands after Santorum’s suspension for what is comming out from his positions I find a bit scsrey.Take “tax the rich”... we need to reach out to disparate groups like “hispanics” whatever the hell that is and an invention btw of Nixon. Romney is off in another directionm driven by eastern conventional thinking which has gotten US into this mess .
As far as Newt is concerned he’s now having some problems with NC actaully I was hoping he’d do better and if he can take DE fine . The thing is Santorum has the most states and delegates to confront Romney and I believe its the route to take
The U os a typo and should read I ..I feel SCOTUS will not toos out the entire bill
Isn’t that one of the Ron Paul tricks, to have their delegates say they are supporting other candidates, but provide paul supporters the “real scoop”? That would be one reason they wouldn’t want their voting lists to be “public”, because then you’d see this.
Newt Gingrich is going after unpledged delegates - that haven't committed in primaries - including upcoming PA (72), and already completed MT (26) and IL (69) delegates, since these delegates remain unpledged regardless of primary vote.
AND though there are going to be some winner take all primaries, the following contests are also on the schedule:
RI (16) proportional
NY (92) proportional
WVA (28) proportional -- elect delegates (who list their presidential pick on ballot)
NC (52) proportional
OR (25) proportional
AK (33) proportional
KY (42) proportional
TX (155) proportional
CA (169) proportional (by district)
NM (20) proportional
SD (25) proportional
There there are the Contested delegates: . delegates have to be "uncontested" in order to count. The frontrunner's rivals argue some of the states that awarded Romney all of their delegates violated Republican National Committee rules when they moved their contests ahead of April 1 and therefore should distribute delegates proportionally. This dispute, if it continues, would not be ruled on until the August convention in Tampa.
"All the media counts right now give him all of Florida, which is against the rules, all of Arizona, which is against the rules, and all of Idaho," Gingrich said Monday. "Those are all three proportional states and they should only be counting his share. So he has to win 1,144 uncontested delegates."
FL: 50 delegates
ID: 32 delegates
AZ: 29 delegates
Salvi- all I turned up was a mug shot from Florida. Not sure whether it's the same person.
Gilber - Libertarian; ran for PA congress in 170th in '96; Treasurer Giant Steaks & Subs
Yates - Libertarian; Ass't organizer for Ron Paul
Barrilli - Phila City Council Admin Ass't re zoning and child care; son died suddenly in June 2011 - obituary shows him in uniform; donor to Belmont Abbey College in NC
Ellis - Former Montco commissioner; attorney with Ballard Spahr; Asher ally; has been charged twice with domestic abuse or sexual harrassment (per wiki)
Donnelly - on state GOP committee, endorsed Welch for Senate; served as Montco prothonotary '84-07; ran unsuccessfully for prothonotary in 2010. Owns life insurance co in Horsham. I have met him and he strikes me as a loyal GOP soldier who will not make waves.
McMonagle - President and long-time member of Pro-Life Coalition PA in Lansdale
Boyd - From Abington
This is the info I got from a Republican Committeewoman, annotated in red on your list of candidates for delegate from CD-8:CD 8 (Vote for 4)
Przybylski, Anastasia [committed to winner of Bucks County]
Rosato, Ernest
Merritt, John
McCabe, Daniel Committed to Newt
DiGirolamo, Joe {Bucks}Endorsed by Establishment
Serdula, Donna

Poprik, Patricia (2008 delegate) {Bucks}Endorsed by Establishment
Pao, David (2000 alternate)

Pepe, Rob [PAUL]
In sum, there seem to be only three logical choices for delegate:McCabe, Daniel Committed to NewtPuig, Ana Committed to Newt
Przybylski, Anastasia [committed to winner of Bucks County]
The woman I talked to was promoting Sam Rohrer for Senate. On his site Rohrer claims the endorsement of Michele Bachman. The committeewoman I spoke to said he had a long legislative history of constitutional voting. I think I believe her, without having done any real research. Any comments?
Ping to my #18
