MIAMI (CBSMiami) – George Zimmerman has been charged with second-degree murder for the shooting death of 17-year-old Trayvon Martin, according to the Associated Press.
Additionally, Zimmerman has been taken into custody, but it hasn’t been revealed where he is being held.
CBSMiami has confirmed that State Attorney Angela Corey, who was appointed as a special prosecutor in the case, will hold an announcement about the charges at 6 p.m. in Jacksonville.

I didn't get to watch her presser, but I just watched Zimmerman's new lawyer. He said he watched her on TV and his view of her was just the opposite of your view. He thought she was very professional.
He's pleaded not guilty. Has a well known defense attorney from Orlando. Name escapes me...

Conviction will be a death sentence because Zimmerman will be killed by the Blacks in any prison in which he is incarcerated.

Either they have lot more evidence that completely repudiates the eye witness who saw Travon on top of Zimmerman beating the life out of him...or this is a total cave to mobocracy.
If the latter, they will rue the day because now every time they will trot the New Black Panthers out and put dead or alive 1 million dollar bounties on the heads of those who defend themselves and threaten riots in the streets.
The New Black Panthers need to be put down and put down hard. Holder has abbetted them in Voter Intimidation and now conspiracy to commit murder and insurrection.

I agree that stalking doesn’t apply. We have a difference of opinion regarding construction. I believe a prosecution can be maintained without any of the enumerated crimes. Section (2) (the basic section) is one way second degree can be committed, section (3) is another. Read the entire section in context and see if you don’t come to that conclusion.
No minimums with either, right? So even if convicted, it's possible to get time served and probation?

Actually, the best thing to use in some situations is a ‘drop gun’.
Typically, this is a firearm that is not traceable to you. When used with gloves you simply drop it at the scene of the event and walk away.
