Jim Rob Is Right - But Conservatives Here Have TWO Jobs To Do!

First - blow off that feeling that we're going to lose, or already have lost! No, we're going to WIN.

First item of business, get invovlved in the Tea Party movement, and give D.C. a whole new influx of conservatives in Congress similar in size and importance to that of the last election - thereby blocking any of Obamas chances of having Congressional support for his machinations. Note too, the Tea Party used the GOP vehicle, not a third party. Reason, third parties are losers, because they don't have the national organization and presence large enough to compete.

FReepers need to get involved locally. There are tens of thousands of empty seats in local district Committees of the GOP across this nation - caused mostly by conservative appathy! Just by showing up regularly, you can be assured of gaining a seat from which you can VOTE - go to your county committees and vote there - and go to your state party conventions and vote there! (I personally helped see the ouster of liberal GOP control of the California GOP. Yes it was hard work, but we won - and that win has been, and can be duplicated in these perilous times through the 'hard work' of just SHOWING UP!)

Conservatives have a chance to block Obama, if not replace him. We CAN do that, but conservatives can not win by voting third-party - it's a throw-away vote that nets nothing.

The current GOP-E is NOT the friend of FREEDOM - but they are a very tiny group of RINO's that we can beat the snot out of - simply by doing what we can at the local district and state level. We - FReepers, and other dedicated conservatives - can and have ultimately fielded who becomes part of the GOP establishment. We need to OWN it like we did in the Reagan era, not destroy it through lack of attention to our God given orders to be 'watchmen on the wall' of who become our leaders.

No - it's not too late to shoulder your own responsibility - and earn your own right to say, 'I have fought the good fight, and WE WON.' There will be many opportunities in coming days to 'get involved' - don't let them slip by. Take advantage of the huge opportunities - you can, and will make a difference! It is quite fulfilling to debate hated RINO's FACE TO FACE - WIN when the vote is tallied - and see them denied a seat in party or public office!

Last but not least - we ALL need to get behind our Freepathon. Isn't it worth at least a dollar per day to you to come here, read, post, laugh and debate? Yes, I know, times are rough, and the 'cost of living' has gone way up. But, I'll bet you blow a lot on chocolate cake and ice cream or (insert your favorite deserts) - I, unfortunately, do! So let's all try to push this FReepathon toward an early completion - it might help save your waistline! LOL

January 21, 2013 is the time to start talking “third party.” I will vote against Obama in November.

This is the attitude we have to have!!

Yes, the majority of us on free republic can’t stand Mittens. But we will support and vote for him. Meanwhile we need to clean out the Augean stables underneath him, down ticket. It will be a herculian task to be sure. Hercules may have cleaned those stables out in a day, but this party will not be cleaned of RINOS in a day. It started in 2010. We need to keep it going in 2012!!

Ohaha had two major pieces of legislation which were supposed to fuel his reelection: (1) the trillions dollar stimulus which bombed, and, (2) the healthcare mandate which could soon be kaputski or partially disemboweled by the USSC.

=========================================================

Obama's open mic slip in Russia revealed his hidden agenda. He didnt say "after the election, or “after the next election.” He said: “This is my last election" ....... reassuring the Ruskis that he'll then have "more flexibility after the election....”

Clearly Ohaha's certainty WRT staying in offce is not based on his approval ratings or massive opposition to his cockamamie polices----mandated healthcare, trillion dollar stimulus, using aborted babies' brains in lab experiments, giving himself massive executive power over Americans, co-opting religious beliefs, high gas prices, the GSA scandal......to name a few.

No. Ohaha's certainty stems from his knowledge that he will stay in office---not by the will of the people---but by buying his reelection, using unprecedented vote fraud.

FIRST AND FOREMOST----WE MUST ATTACK THE MASSIVE
VOTER FRAUD OHAHA INTENDS TO USE TO GET REELECTED.

Remember, voter fraud is the Chi/mobs' specialty---do NOT underestimate Rahm and Axelrod (both running O's reelection), and Valerie whatsherface in the WH.

Let us not forget----the minute they hit the WH, the Chi/mob went into action: the WH Chi/mob took over the census---and now have all the CV they need to file phony FEC reports using stolen federal dollars as campaign contributions.

THIS MADE ME LAUGH OUT LOUD Obama's ex-COS "Wall Street Rahm" "suddenly" discovered he wanted to be Chicago's mayor---the little turd went before the mics and announced his campaign "raised $10 million in just a few weeks." Rahm also controlled the US Treasury as COS. This turd-o-crat knows where all the stolen Federal money is hidden....Wall Street knows how to make money disappear faster than a cream puff at a Weight Watcher weigh-in.

=================================================

Do not underestimate the cash the Ohahas/Chi-mob can come up with to fix the election......remember, these are the kingpins of Chicago politics. At one time, conscientious FEC investigators verified money was coming from legal citizens....but if Obama wins there will be no investigations. Remember, there are billions unaccounted for in Obama's stimulus packages (probably used in the last election cycle).....you can be sure the Ohaha kingpins have tons of money stashed away for 2012.

==================================================

POINTS TO PONDER

<><> author Dean Koontz estimates there's about $90 billion missing from the US Treasury.

<><> Ohaha's ex-COS Chi/Mayor Rahm Emanuel is running the reelection campaign----b/c this Wall Street turd knows where all the money is hidden. Rahm also controlled all US Treasury assets (at Obama's behest) when he was COS.

<><>The Ohahas took control of the census upon taking office----they have all the necessary CV to phony up contribution reports for the FEC.

=======================================

WATCH FOR PHONY FEC REPORTS The Ohaha's "say" they added $45 million to reelection coffers in February.....raised jointly by the DNC, "Obama for America" and two other joint fundraising committees — the "Obama Victory Fund" and the "Swing State Victory Fund,"...and whatever other voter frauds they dream up.

So do we pray for a new candidate to come out of a brokered Convention?

How else to get another good choice?

Thanks!

BTW, which of these two questions, IYHO, will bother THE NINE SUPREMES the most?

1.) A mandate is merely a dictate. Thus, if we are dictated to, do we then live under a Dictatorship?

2.) If our freedom of choice is taken from us by the dictates of a hostile Federal government, then what Liberty do we have left?

I largely agree.

I signed up here as the Libertarian Party candidate for Texas governor in 2010. I have been very restrained in posting on this forum so as not to wear out my welcome. But I read regularly here and find the discussion of "lesser of two evils" and "wasted vote syndrome" within the conservative movement fascinating.

When you get to the point of considering a third party, I will be glad to share what I have learned about that subject. For a quick study, Houstonians can hear me speak at the John Birch Society meeting on April 19th on my plan to save America in Texas using nullification and the Texas Libertarian Party. Or, you can catch my You Tube speech at LibertyFest West on the same subject.

To those of you with hopes of the “Great Tea Party” you do realize that on average 45% of them voted for Romney don’t you? The tea party is not made up of like minded rabid conservatives such as are on this site.

People can scream and yell that that the system is fixed but it’s not, people actually voted and got Romney to where he is today, and as hard as it is for many to accept, conservatives and tea party folks put Romney where he is, at the top.

It’s like I said before, John F. Kennedy would be to the right of most of those calling themselves Republicans today, that is the state of the union.

This is about conservationism. It isn’t about one election or one man. IF Romney is elected, Conservatism dies.

That's exactly right. It's like people haven't even taken the time out to look at the exit poll breakdowns from the primaries. Tea Party people elected in 2010 and folks like DeMint and Ted Nugent are even supporting Romney. They know he's the last man standing. No one stopped other conservatives from jumping into the race. Some chose to get in, others didn't, some were eliminated during the voting process and others dropped out. This is the end game and it is what it is. Anyone who thinks Newt is going to pick up enough delegates in the upcoming states and raise enough money to compete is out of touch with reality.

Ok, well here is a reason to avoid the “anybody but...” attitude that gave us Obama in the first place.

Romney supporters seem to understand on some level that Romney isn’t going to actually fix anything - the best you are hoping for is less of the badness we’re currently getting from Obama, with a vague sense of hopefulness about somehow fixing stuff another four years down the road.

Not gonna happen. Why? Because “less bad” from Romney is still bad enough that we’ll be screwed - we simply cannot go on with endless deficit spending and financial corruption, and Mitt will stop neither.

It’s still going to fail with a President Romney, only now it will be the Republicans’ fault, guaranteeing another Demonrat win in 2016. No, let the Democrats own this mess. I won’t be part of giving them conservative cover by voting for Obama Lite.

Exactly right Scythian, which is why we will get the government we deserve. By and large, America wants a large, powerful, deficit-spending, wealth-redistributing central government, and to hell with the Constitution. This includes many who call themselves "conservative".

Can't really blame the politicians. We put them there and gave them the power over the past several decades. We created this new royal class of the professional political elite, and made ourselves their subjects by asking them to take care of us.

Sadly, we are just stuck. Sometimes that happens and it is horribly disappointing. We pick ourselves up, keep fighting, stay smart, and look to the future. It’s the old, “just cause you lose a battle doesn’t mean you lose the war” thing.

Some people think we can do this quickly. We can’t. And to try it quickly (i.e. hold nose and vote Romney) WILL lose the war.

Conservatism isn’t going anywhere as long as we don’t kill it.

Vote against Romney.
Then vote against Obama.

Vote tea party in remaining primaries.
A tea party congress can keep Romney in check.
Call and let Republicans know you’re pissed about the direction the party is going and you support the formation of a separate tea party vote for 2014.

If you think I’m a Romney “supporter” you’re very mistaken. There are thousands of my anti-Romney posts here on FR. I live in MA, I’ve lived under his governance. He earned every penny of the salary he never took.

Lacking intelligence, a lot of the Do-Nothings have no other argument than to call anti-Obamites “Romney Supporters.” When their world view doesn’t extend much beyond their own mirror, one can’t expect them to see clearly.

Except that the captain of the Titanic went down with the ship. I thought you began the analogy by saying that you didn't expect Obama to finish his term. He would be abandoning his ship after he damaged it but before it went down.

I'm curious as to why you think he'd not finish his term. If he walks away, he'd be labeled a quitter like they did to Sarah Palin when she resigned as governor of Alaska.

If Obama stays and loses, he can still run again in the future for a second term (like Grover Cleveland). If he walks away from his first term, nobody will elect him again in the future.

A good point which is roundly ignored. People rant against the GOP-e, but they’re not out paying people to vote for Romney.
