Democrats have hit back at veteran GOP Sen. Chuck Grassley for calling President Barack Obama “stupid” in a weekend Twitter message.
“Ive know @ChuckGrassley a long time. I am saddened he would embarrass himself like today with his comments about the President,” Obama's campaign manager, Jim Messina, tweeted. Meanwhile White House senior adviser David Axelrod said, “Heads up, Sen. Grassley. I think a 6-year-old hijacked your account and is sending out foolish Tweets just to embarrass you!” ABC News reported.
But the senior senator from Iowa was unrepentant. “In his Tweet on Saturday, Sen. Grassley said that it doesn’t speak well of any constitutional law professor to not understand Marbury v Madison, and that the people understand the independence of the judiciary,” said a spokesman.
Grassley sent out two messages about the president on Saturday over the 140-characters-or-less social media. The first said, “Constituents askd why i am not outraged at PresO attack on supreme court independence. Bcause Am ppl r not stupid as this x prof of con law.”
Then he attacked Obama’s policy on Syria. “Possibility of peace and freedom for Syria gets more remote as PresO plays along w the farce of Kofi Annans negotiatios there Barack wakeup.”
Grassley, 78, has occasionally struggled with the challenges of Twitter. Shortly before sending out the first Obama message, he tweeted the single letter “P.”
The Iowa State Daily even compiles a list of what it calls “Chuck Grassley's struggles with Twitter.” Last month he referred to a Fox News interview he had with “greta van sunshine,” and in an apparent reference to his campaign to have the Supreme Court sessions televised he tweeted, “Need 2 pass my cameras in courts leg.”

Obama has made too many stupid decisions, quotes, policies, and actions to come to any other conclusion: dumber than a bag of hammers.
If calling Obama stupid upset the dems, they would go apoplectic as to what we call him in our household.

Umbama is an actor playing a role...definately not smart and definately not stupid...he was smart enough to play his role well enough to get to the oval office; but once there, the spotlight exposed his gaping stupidity at every turn...ultimately, the jerk is a poser that is being controlled by others...he was propped up since childhood (mother, father, stepfather and grandparents are all suspected to have been CIA assets)...fortunately, his phony persona is quite evident in his facial expressions and tone of voice; for anyone that cares to notice.
Obama IS stupid and wicked enough to heed the siren call of Communism.

Grassley, or anyone else calling Obama “STUPID” is being POLITE.
Zero is not merely stupid, he’s also ignorant and indifferent to our suffering, morality, ideals, and plans for the future. The reason he spends so much time away from the White House is that all the plays are called in from the sidelines.
Obama is stupid for a person his age. He demonstrates the math and reasoning skills of a 4th grader. He is much older than a 4th grader. Is that not what one calls stupid?
