LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) - They clean houses, but this new Lubbock business claims to offer nude or partially nude services. It's called Lubbock Fantasy Maid Service.
The owner, Melissa Borrett, tells us she started the business after struggling to make ends meet.
"As a single mother, I had been working a variety of different jobs, including waitressing out at the strip club. I was having to answer to a lot of people," Borrett said.
For $100 an hour she says they will clean your house nude or topless. They opened about a month ago and she says business is booming.
"We've had college students, business people and paramedics. We actually offer a discount to law enforcement," she said.
But is there anything illegal going on?
"We have a very strict no touching policy with this business. There is definitely nothing illegal going on. We really clean houses," Borrett said.
The Lubbock Police Department says otherwise. Coming up tonight on KCBD NewsChannel 11 at 10 we'll tell you how a city ordinance could prevent this business from operating.

This could lead to many interesting conversations, for example:
while standing at the front door, “Would you like your knob polished?”
Girls don’t like to look at nude men, as men enjoy looking at nude women.
I was just about to post the same thing. Glad someone else noticed.
TTIWWP!................
Is that a tattoo or a bruise on her left knee?
According to some who have seen the business owner, you may not want that wish fulfilled.
“Prefer gay clients in the Vancouver area”
Ya think? I’ll bet this guy cleans windows, pipes, anything you have that needs cleaning.
And usually the people who use this service are kind of pathetic. I do hope they provide some sort of security for the maids. Background checks and the like. Even regular maid services do that.
.....that there is your first problem.
Where's is the daddy? Do you even know who he is?

Yeah, I saw that Seinfeld episode too.
You and Bob ought to get together for beers and discuss the weather.
If she’s had a C-Section and the incision site is infected with MSRA...I’m not sure anyone would want to pay for a gander!
Call me naieve, but can’t MRSA be cured if you clean/irrigate the infection site and use a strong course of broad antibiotics?
I think you wrongly believe that I think that this should be outlawed. I think what consenting adults do behind closed doors is their business. I think that the laws have drifted so far past the line as to be utterly unreasonable. Defenders of banning this will toss up strawmen arguments that the women are at risk of being raped, or that it could easily become cover for a prostitution ring.
And my response is that it’s far more likely that both of these strawmen are LESS likely. Higher scrutiny will be given to this service, because of the nudity, and that makes prostitution less likely, and really, pretty much only a moron would decide to hire someone to come to their home and rape them. And if that is their goal, they’ll likely go with some illegal cleaning lady who likely won’t report it.
I’m sick and tired of government intrusion into my life.
A lot of recent strands of MSRA have become anti-biotic resistant and can cause a lot of damage or death. What gets me is it is usually picked up in the hospital and they would want to make sure she gets long term treatment for their own liability issues.
That, along with knowing the services available in Lubbock, I suspect she is either willfully ignorant, stupid, or lying.
If they truly clean between the cracks, who am I to report them?
Sorry fella, but we really don’t like looking at your, ummm, package flying around. Didn’t get that from a Seinfeld episode, just the way we girls are.
Ewwww.
(don't bother looking up)
