All laws are passed by a majority of Congress.
Does 0bama opine that all laws thus passed by Congress are therefore defacto Constitutional?
Does he think it is on a sliding scale where those passed by a “strong” majority are more Constitutional than those passed by a narrow majority?

I am 100% certain that right after the vote was taken Friday, Elena Kagan leaked the results to Barry. So he already knows what the Court has done.
Whether he is setting the stage for it passing or preparing the ground for trouble if it’s scuttled is hard to say.

Odumbo once again proves he knows nothing about our constitution nor what the founders were trying to achieve.
He is as dangerous to this country as any terrorist or any of the communist nations who want our destruction because we are always showing up their sorry butts.
Anyone who voted for Odumbo is either a racist, stupid or the enemy within.
The American people soundly rejected the progressives (aka Marxist communists) under Wilson and we need to soundly reject Odumbo and everyone of his vile followers but I am very concerned Odumbo’s people will continue to support him and some of the usual suspects will do everything to vote early and vote often.
