All laws are passed by a majority of Congress.

Does 0bama opine that all laws thus passed by Congress are therefore defacto Constitutional?

Does he think it is on a sliding scale where those passed by a “strong” majority are more Constitutional than those passed by a narrow majority?

He could care less about the rules, he is playing to win, when will America? If he overules the courts decision by executive order and the people go along with it, we no longer are a country..
