President Obama preemptively slammed the Supreme Court as a bunch of "unelected group of people" who will have turned to "judicial activism or a lack of judicial restraint" if they decide to strike down his signature legislative achievement, the healthcare reform act.
Obama was speaking at a trilateral event with the Prime Minister of Canada and President of Mexico.
Obama touted the Affordable Care Act, or Obamacare, as "a law that was passed by a strong majority of a democratically-elected Congress."

OMG. Just like the kid who throws himself on the mercy of the court after murdering his parents...and now he’s an orphan.

All laws are passed by a majority of Congress.
Does 0bama opine that all laws thus passed by Congress are therefore defacto Constitutional?
Does he think it is on a sliding scale where those passed by a “strong” majority are more Constitutional than those passed by a narrow majority?

Just another example of Soetoro’s disdain for the Constitution, the Founding Fathers, the rule of law over the rule of man, and his overall hatred of this great country. Bite me zero!

How to read the tea leaves on this.....
I am 100% certain that right after the vote was taken Friday, Elena Kagan leaked the results to Barry. So he already knows what the Court has done.
Whether he is setting the stage for it passing or preparing the ground for trouble if it’s scuttled is hard to say.

It is clear that words mean absolutely nothing to Obama. He just thinks they mean whatever he wants them to mean.
