I've long had bone spurs in two of my cervical and one of my thoracic vertabrae. Those I've been able to keep under control.

Neither x-rays nor bone scans have shown anything wrong with my lumbar vertabrae, but I've now had two crippling incidents. I suspect I need to get my abdominal muscles into shape because they are having trouble holding my gut in place. Age will do that do you.

Once Libertina has the website up and running, I'll be pimping it mercilessly here at FR.
