When Gov. Romney threw his hat into the ring, I was thrilled with him --a born leader, eminently prepared to be president, ideally qualified to handle the problems America faces, impeccable character and a proven conservative. Yet I am amazed how often I have been asked how a conservative like me could be with Romney.

It’s like peeing in the wind here. People would rather the country go down the drain in some strange drive to reclaim the GOP (when it in fact happened already in 2010) then to elect someone like Romney. The fact is that Romney is a conservative and dumbed himself down for voters here in MA, not the other way around.

He is particularly flawed in light of Obamacare. Bay is working for the campaign. I'm pretty enthused about my employer too.

I don't think a true conservative can make a case FOR Romney.

born leader? ideally qualified to handle the problems America faces?
lol a failed one term governor of a small state who skipped town before he was thrown out, doesn't seem to scream “born leader” or “eminently qualified” to me.
impeccable character? *shrug* as far as we know he can keep his penis in his pants, big deal. What about his actions during this primary? doesn't that count? I think Romney is a lying slime ball.
and a proven conservative?
ROFL!!!

that is so laughable, my side still hurts.

I wondered about that. You think he successfully faked being a liberal in MA? So the check to PP, gun ban, forcing the RC to issue BC pills, Romneycare was all a ruse to make him look liberal?

I was actually wondering if this could be my first IBTZ. Hopefully not for something as simple as that. Otherwise Santorum should be zotted, too.

Heres is where I will get insulted ad nasueum. Not to worry dude. We'll all (or almost all) be on that happy train before Nov. You're just on board sooner than the rest here.
