Of course he does...
6 more to go and he will have all 57 states....
” Drudge Calls Puerto Rico for Mitt Romney “
Why?? Is Mitt’s dialing finger broke, or something??
(Sorry - ambiguously written headlines bring out the worst in me...)
The choice will eventually be between Romney and Obama...
Who gives a crap about Puerto Rico as a legitimate player in the process, since they can’t vote in the Presidential Election (at least, not LEGALLY). Pandering to them before statehood is silly (except if you are just trying to influence LEGAL Puerto Rican immigrants that are now U.S. Citizens....but then, they all vote Democrat, anyways.
Fox just called it for Mitwit too. The egomaniac must be on cloud 9 knowing some people are buying his drivel. He is trying to buy the presidency.
CNN is projecting that Romney won Puerto Rico (he has 83% of the vote so far, according to them) and will take all 20 delegates.
obamney gets his pander up! puerto rico 15% fluent in english!!..

So what? The Islands always vote for the Democrat...
" Santorum should be commended for staying true to his conservative principles even when it was not politically convenient. Santorum could have pandered to the pro-statehood governor of Puerto Rico in order to get the 20 delegates at stake, but instead the former senator spoke the truth and told Puerto Rican voters a reality they needed to hear. Immediately after, Romneys campaign started attacking Santorum and maliciously twisting his comments, telling voters that the former senator was advocating English-only and was against Spanish."
Free Republic contingent slams Santorum for staying true to conservative values supporting Romney by proxy and damn proud of it.
6 more to go and he will have all 57 states.... and Drudge as the press secretary in waiting....
There is no doubt I don’t understand everything, but when I read that PR can vote in the primaries (with a relatively large number of delegates) but not the general it made me give myself a huge head slap.
Why in the heck would that be?
The more I look at the primary process, the more crazy it seems.
Why do they get to vote in Primaries in Puerto Rico, if they can’t vote in the General Election?
They do vote in the general election. It is added to popular votes. They do not have any electoral votes. It helps Romney in his delegate column.
I bet Drudge got quite a kick out of doing that...
How exciting for him..
The little jerky RomneyBot...
:)
I wouldn’t know... I haven’t given Drudge the satisfaction of hits on his site. He is a liberal
