Where has Romney won with 83% of the vote? PR sounds like a banana republic run by machine politics. I think the Republican establishment has stacked all of these non-states so they play a significant role in contributing delegates. What was it like Guam and the Marianas kick in something equivlent to an actual low population state. They've got this whole thing rigged, we just never noticed before. Time for a new party. This one needs to implode.

Romney will arrive with strong majorities in delegations from MA, VT, CA, CT, NJ, NY, ...in other words, states where the GOP has virtually no chance of carrying.
