There was a time when someone could perhaps justify sitting on the fence on the matter of Barack Obama's birth certificate. There were those on the left who could chalk doubts about its authenticity up to conspiratorial internet paranoia. As for the right, there was every reason to worry about being the victims of an Alinsky-style setup designed to marginalize opponents. In other words, let the other side double down on an incredible claim, and then, at the most opportune time (October surprise?), provide irrefutable evidence to the contrary and make them look like deluded wackos. So, for a long time, there might have been reason to watch, wait, and let the wheels of investigation render their judgment.
That judgment is in, and the time for waiting is over.
With the results of Maricopa County, AZ sheriff Joe Arpaio's "Cold Case Posse," an incredible claim has become an incredible situation: a team of professional investigators, commissioned by a major law-enforcement agency, has determined that the alleged birth certificate produced by the president of the United States is a probable forgery. Process that for a moment. The regime of the world's most powerful nation -- a republic that prides itself on adherence to the rule of law -- is likely peddling a forged document. What say you, citizen? Note that I didn't claim that the president isn't natural-born. Rather, I claim nothing but am only stating a fact: there is now no denying that the birth-certificate matter warrants further investigation, and it is time for other law-enforcement agencies and the media to show due diligence.
And I will spell out the possibilities here:
The Arizona investigators are correct.
They are mistaken.
They are lying.

Let's assume this is true, for purposes of argument.
It is utterly irrelevant. His mom was married when the child was born. Legally, the father is the husband.
In most states, and I believe HI is one, that presumption cannot be overcome for legal purposes even with DVA evidence proving the husband is not the biological father.
Is this legal situation illogical? Possibly, but it is still the law at this time.
As I have said for years, Unless we have a legitimate, LEGAL, birth certificate, we can't even know who Obama’s LEGAL father is. For those who say that the birth certificate is moot because Obama’s father was a British subject, I say WHO IS OBAMA'S LEGAL FATHER? The sperm donor doesn't matter. Obama senior is his father? Really? Where is your PROOF? Because Obama SAYS SO? Sorry, not good enough.
Legitimate, ORIGINAL, birth documents (not newspaper birth announcements) FIRST, then and only then, can we PROVE whether he is a “Natural Born Citizen” or not.

Mr. K, big, bad, not-afraid-of-anyone-or-anything Bill Eee-go-rielly is actually afraid of something. He’s been told to shut up or has been blackmailed or has been threatened. As have many other “journalists”.

If Obama’s REAL BC has another man listed as father other than BHO, Sr., then one way to smoke that document out would be to press the “British Subject” angle. If we could get a court to agree (I know, I know) then I bet that BC with the other father’s name on it materializes. Of course the resulting embarrassment would also mean that BHO might have to withdraw from the presidential election as it would mean his entire story has been a lie.
My point is that the NBC requirement is linked tactically toward getting the real BC out into the public domain.

I don't see what Arpaio gains from sticking his neck out. He must believe in the strength of the evidence his investigation has produced.
In a credibility contest between Obama and Arpaio, Arpaio wins hands-down.
Before issuing a death certificate the coroner or doctor would have to have the actual birth certificate to know with certainty who had died

Not married legally - Even Obama knows that and has alluded to it in his book.
Obama Sr. was already legally married to another woman, Kezia, back in Kenya at the time he and Stanley Dunham were supposedly married in Hawaii. Bigamy is a crime in the USA. Obama Sr.'s bigamy renders any marriage to Dunham invalid.

And it is relevant because the nationality of Obama Jr.'s biological father weighs heavily on his claim to legal status as a "natural born" citizen.
Zero is a fraud just like holder is a criminal. What will be done about it? Nothing. The only people that can do anything about it are too afraid of their own corruption coming under scrutiny.
You and I and the average citizen would be afraid. But not a big shot “more people watch me than any other show” TV personality with the leading cable network behind him. Unless it’s that “Network” that’s told him to shut it. If that’s the case then I guess the more money he makes the more he wants to keep making.
As for the dem voting public, I’ve never heard one liberal say anything good about Arpaio. They either hate him or they exhibit the “obama stare”. (That’s the “nothing is inside my head” stare.”

Here’s a thought. Exhume his “father” and “mother” and take DNA samples. They do it for other “criminals” to prove their true identity.
A media figure would only have to say, on the air,
“I’ve received threats from XYZ, here’s the proof/recording”
and that would protect them from the exercise of that threat.
Okaay.
But I think arguing that the Obama marriage was invalid hurts your case, not helps it.
It turns Obama into the child of a single woman, who was indisputably a natural-born citizen.
If the marriage is not valid, the biological father’s relevance to citizenship status of the child becomes significantly less valid.
My question is: what if he wins again? I certainly hope it does not happen!!! But if it does, then will it be time to review this matter? I think it would be more likely that people would say “he was elected twice now, so shut up.”
So is this only an issue for the historians of the future? If so, how long must they wait? Will questioning ever be allowed? Will we still have a country at that time?
