The quiz says Heineken, which is ok, but I really prefer good ol' Sam Adams.

"If there is someone in this world who doesn't mind being called a "yuppie," it's you. You're proud of your material success. You like premium brands and quality goods. You rather not drink if drinking means settling for a cheap beer.
You are the type of person who works hard and plays hard. You're a bit of a high roller, and you have to support your lifestyle.
You like to live well and enjoy the best things in life. You are up on the latest trends, and you always know where to see and be seen!
Amazing. Pretty close to nailing it.
Considers me a Heineken and though I prefer Becks will drink Heineken when Becks is not available.
The same goes fro my taste in Liquor (Canadian Club or Crown Royal) and a good Merlot or Cabernet when it comes to wine, though I won't pay exhorbitant prices when I can buy a moderately priced (and just as good) California wine.
In fact, I got a rash of sh*t from a friend (while down here vacationing in Clearwater Beach, Fl) as I wanted to stop at a Targets--as opposed to a more convenient 7-11--cuz most places don't sell Becks and will go out of my way to get/buy what I want and like.

You Are Budweiser |
You are down to earth, well grounded, and practical. Some may even call you sensible. You say what you mean and you mean what you say. You're straight shooting and honest.
It's likely that you're more of a productive type than a creative type. You enjoy working hard. You live in the now and enjoy every moment. You appreciate what you've got, and you're also very humble about what you deserve. |

Hi Canteen Crew.
I’ll drink just about any beer that is brewed under the German Purity Law of 1516.
Becks and St Pauli are my brews of choice lately.

You Are Guinness |
You are sophisticated, erudite, and an insufferable beer snob. You eschew most bars and pubs, preferring to savor your brew alone or in the company of a few longstanding friends of like mind and discernment.
You are highly selective with respect to what you will allow past your lips, yet you still continue to expand your tasting repertoire to new brews, particularly from American microbrews.
Your friends respect and appreciate your voluminous hoard of lore pertaining to beers, ales, and stouts.
"Hermit hoar, in solemn cell, Wearing out lifes evening gray; Smite thy bosom, sage, and tell, What is bliss, and which the way? Thus I spoke; and speaking sighed; Scarce repressed a starting tear; When the smiling sage replyd Come, my lad, and drink some beer."

Are there any fellow Nam Vets out there?
If so, you will (affectionally?) remember imbibing in (if like me, copious amounts of) Ba Moui Ba, or '33' Beer.
We were told it contained Formaldehyde and I believe it.
We always joked if we bought it, we would not even have to be embalmed.
Ah the good ol' days of trolling the many bars in Saigon (and buying Saigon Tea for the lovelies) when we were young, dumb and full of ... well you know the rest. lol
As I spent a year in Japan, I also had more than my share of Kirin which was much better.
Ah, but my absolute favorite (and one which is difficult to find here in the States) was San Miguel from the Phillipines and one of the best beers I ever drank.

Doing reasonably well, thanks - moving slow. But I've lost a few pounds, thankfully. We hit 80 in Downtown DC this afternoon. Not even the middle of March and we're already sweating!
