Didn't see a thread
That’s just crazy. I’d vote for Romney if he was the nominee. 0bama needs to be out of there.

Mega-Bump!...for common sense. I don’t particularly like any of the 3 but will definitely be voting for one of them.
Let them have some time to think it over and let's not cause any long-term rifts because we all share common adversaries in Romney and Obama.
What did I dish out against Santorum? You, however called Newt a "Newt-tard." No need to make a further ass of yourself; just acknowledge your comment was in poor taste.
Also note that Obama is always answering Newt's comments on everything from gas prices to Rush and the Fluke incident.
Newt persists because he has a clue.
Rick will never be the nominee and only the delegates of the two of them TOGETHER are all that stands between Romney and the magic number of 1144.
Newt supporters will go in some numbers and delegates to Romney. Newt is staving that off.
Get the picture?
I have never believed that a ham sandwich could beat Obama. We have an electorate that is not paying attention, we have a complicit media that will do everything and anything to get him reelected and we have the father of lies covering the truth in this world. On one hand, we have Newt that has been fully vetted, everybody knows everything that there is to know about him, no surprises. And none of his baggage can be used against him by the Democrats. Then we have Santorum. He hasn’t even begun to be vetted by the media. I’m sorry, but that is the truth.
At the risk of offending you, I will say that I believe that people are projecting onto Rick what they WANT him to be, not what he has been in the past and what he is now. They see a godly man and they WANT to believe that he is the whole package. There are actually a couple of other very personal things that make me hesitate on him but I am not willing to share those.
HOWEVER, I will vote for him if he ends up our candidate. I will work for him and do all that I can to get out the vote. That is more than I can say if it turns out to be Mitt.
I could live with that ...as long as they kept Newt around for advice in a very high level position.
It’s not the BEST, but it’s better than the worst scenario.
I think while tonight doesn’t change much, I’m glad Newt is staying in. Newt has a plan — a very cerebral, well thoughout plan. He’s got more to come in terms of influencing the debate as he’s done all week. In time, people will get it ...
As Newt says, illinois (or was it Louisiana) is “half time” in this entire thing.
Newt has the proper experience and dilgence to wait this thing out. Absolutely the MOST experienced person now in this entire arena.
If you think that position is sane, you need the white coat squad.
However, I am gonna assume you’re just blowing off steam out of disappointment.
Santorum/Palin presses a lot of buttons but Santorum/West with Gingrich in a cabinet position of his choosing would work for me.
Newt sees the big picture; put him where he can reconstruct from the ground up.
LOL!!!!
Promise you will NEVER go away! Hilarious!!!
I half expected to see name calling in your history as well. May I commend you on not resorting to that? It is refreshing in the on-going Gingrich/Santorum split.
Third party would be the worst of worlds...you are playing into Obama’s hands. We are going through an election process...let’s let it play out...and whoever the person is opposite Obama we should all get behind. I will hold my nose and vote for anyone other than Obama...and you should too.
Uhm, not mitt and not obama? Works for me.
Chief of Staff! Allen West, VP!

I thought I bookmarked when you posted from it the second time during the summer or fall.
I might have on my old computer, but I bookmarked tonight! Thanks very much again, deport. It’s a stellar site.
I see things quite differently. Here's why.
Those who voted for Obama out of white guilt have already paid their dues. What happened in 2008 won't occur again. That debt has been cleared.
The economy is Obama's albatross. The Republicans need only pound home just how bad Thanksgiving and Christmas 2011 were. All across America, stores were empty (or shuttered). Holiday meals were meager and children didn't get the Christmas gifts they wanted. Massive unemployment scars the landscape from coast to coast.
That dreary picture is now compounded by soaring gasoline prices with no turnaround in sight. Job growth is non-existent because of Obama's campaign against the well-to-do who create the employment opportunities.
Furthermore, the gloves will be off in the 2012 election. Unlike 2008, the Republicans can and will (thanks to Citizens United) bombard the airwaves with advertising showing Obama's links to black radicals and to domestic terrorists.
While I won't engage in hyperbole stating that Mickey Mouse can easily defeat Obama, this election offers a tremendous opportunity for our most Conservative candidate to eject the current corrupt regime.
your area, :) otherwise, :(
We are not the only conservatives that will take this position.
Now, you can certainly continue to support your little bunny rabbit, but he will not get my vote..... But heck, it probably doesn’t matter, because Obama will eat Santorum alive.
