A week ago today Sheriff Joe Arpaio held a press conference to report the preliminary findings of the Cold Case Posse. Mike Zullo, commander of the posse, reported that they had found probable cause for fraud and forgery of Obama's long-form birth certificate and draft registration, and that the posse was recommending a full criminal investigation. Sheriff Arpaio said the investigation would continue but that he would have to decide who, if anybody, to refer the case to for additional follow-up.
Those who perpetrated the forgeries and fraud defrauded the people of Maricopa County, Arizona. Arpaio has jurisdiction to investigate and prosecute that crime, but his ability to get warrants, require depositions, and issue inviolate subpoenas for official records is limited. And he would not have the ability to prosecute for FEDERAL crimes committed.
This means that Arpaio can only nicely ask the HDOH for the original records that will tell us what really happened. We know what Hawaii does with nice requests. The law doesn't REQUIRE one state to honor another state's subpoenas. The states generally work together on law enforcement, but Hawaii's government is in a class all its own. On the issue of FRAUD, the HDOH are implicated in the fraud itself, since they themselves acted as if what was online was genuine. So the State of Hawaii has its own potential criminality to cover up. They will not cooperate with Sheriff Joe or any investigation unless they can legally be FORCED to cooperate.
If we are going to have any semblance of the rule of law we need a federal investigation.
It can't be a DOJ investigation. As we've seen through Fast & Furious, the DOJ folks under AG Eric Holder are just as crooked as the criminals - perjuring themselves and refusing subpoenas regarding their own potential crimes of obstructing justice for Brian Terry, committing acts of war against Mexico by deliberately arming drug cartels with untrackable weapons, and other potential crimes.
We need Congress to initiate hearings and eventually appoint a special independent prosecutor to investigate and prosecute the federal crimes that the Cold Case Posse has uncovered, as well as many other crimes perpetrated to cover up Obama's documentation problem.
That is only going to happen if we literally BURY all our Congress-critters with DEMANDS for an investigation. Each of us should call our Senators, Representative, and the Oversight Committee - Darryl Issa's Office (ask specifically for Issa's office) at 202-225-5051.
The more people we can ping, e-mail, tweet, etc to get them to demand the simple rule of law - that known SERIOUS federal crimes be investigated and prosecuted - the more likely that our government will realize the people are awake and are not going to give up this country without a fight.
If we don't give them that message now, loudly and clearly, then we have no room to complain when even the appearance of the rule of law is abandoned for utter chaos. At this point the courts are so compromised they are a vain hope. Carl Seel has an eligibility bill ready to go. The R’s ahve a veto-proof majority in the AZ legislature. This is where Soros’ threats to the media hurt the most, because if the local media is hostile to the issue the lawmakers will be afraid to touch it. Arizonans need to contact their lawmakers and strongly encourage them to pass an eligibility bill.
It is ridiculous to think that we could have somebody who presented to the public a document that is identified by law enforcement as being forged - and still have no way to keep that person off the ballot. If we’re willing to accept that, we may as well kiss the rule of law good-bye.
As for Jan Brewer, the question to ask her is this: What should happen when there is probable cause for state and federal crimes involving documents that the assumed POTUS published on his own website and said in a press conference was his genuine record? What should be done when a federal agency actually forged a fraudulent draft registration?
The issue right now is the crimes that have been committed. Obama most likely did not forge the birth certificate or the draft registration. But he held a press conference presenting as genuine what the posse has found to be a forgery. The fraud that was committed was committed by Obama personally, if he knew what the reporters were looking at and what was placed on the website were forgeries. And since he claimed in his book to have had a copy of his birth certificate, if the genuine records (determined to be genuine after auditing the microfilms, paper records, and computer vital records history and transaction logs) differ from what was presented then he HAD to know he was defrauding the American public.
The elite liberal media is a fully participating part of Gangster Govt Inc. Obama could send thousands of firearms to Mexican drug cartel assassins, leading to hundreds of dead Mexicans, and they would not report it. Which is what has happened.

It is very possible that the lawmakers are NOT aware of the posse’s findings, and we should remember that also. The media has been threatened - which is another thing that there should be hearings on - and so there is no coverage that reports the facts/evidence actually presented at the presser. It means that we basically have to do all the reporting ourselves.
And that helps me know how to answer another post that I was baffled over.
How many times do we call these people, magglepuss? Given that the press is not doing the reporting of facts critical for the legislators to know, I’d say we should call them every time a new fact comes out that they should know. If they get tired of having to hear the news from lots of individuals jamming their phone lines, maybe they will realize why we need a free press. And why it is a SERIOUS CRIME for Soros to commit extortion on the entire media of this country.
For instance, the next thing to call them about should be to inform them of Doug Hagman’s investigation regarding Soros threats to the media, which Mike Zullo of the Cold Case Posse says they have also corroborated. I should also add that Tom Ballantyne has a transcript of Hagman’s interview on the Laurie Roth Show in his book “Oh Really, O’Reilly”, for anybody who doesn’t want to slog through the 3 hours of audio.
Try to get a quote from them saying that the federal crimes of fraud and forgery are not worth investigating.
We need to get them on the record saying that, so we can post it on the web for all to see. A law enforcement body has found probable cause for fraud and forgery involving the records of the man who holds the nuclear football. Ask for a statement, in writing, from these people saying what recommendations they will make for a federal investigation of those crimes.
I think we need to call in order to get immediate responses and apply pressure, but I think we also need to write letters requesting a response to the specific question of whether they will push for a federal investigation, and why - so their response can be documented for all to see.

I started documenting the Obama crap in that brief period between Obama’s inauguration and October of 2009 when I started investigating the eligibility issue. By the end of that time the list was already longer than most people would take the time to read. And all of it serious stuff.
By the time the campaigning for the general election starts we need to have a list that shows in black-and-white print exactly what this Obama has done to destroy this nation, the rule of law, and the checks and balances and separation of powers that our Founders had the wisdom to put in place.
The list will be too long for most people to have the patience to read so we need to make sure the most important things are at the top.

We can and will notify our Congress critters of this debacle.
However my opinion is that hell will feeze over before we get any kind of investigation, even after we elect a new President.

They’ve been threatened by Soros. Most of them were in bed with him already. Somebody who was at the meeting where the media heads passed on to the on-air personalities the threats from Soros regarding the eligibility issue said it was said that if it had been Bush who made the threats it would be bad, but because it’s Obama and Obama is their friend they don’t mind.
That’s as close to pulling down your pants and bending over for your rapist as I can even imagine. I guess they can’t rape the media if the media puts out voluntarily, huh? But the few reporters who wouldn’t prostitute themselves in that way had to be kept in check too, which is why the threats were made. To keep the rogues from actually being journalists.
The most damaging threats were to the people we trusted, though. The conservatives. Same technique as Saddam Hussein used when he gave CNN exclusive access to the regime in return for having the credibility of the CNN brand when they spouted their own propaganda. Beck, Hannity, O’Reilly, etc are all Baghdad Bob right now, or else they would be as dead as Andrew Breitbart...
This regime views people as disposable. We see it in Fast and Furious. We see it in Soros’ threats to the media.
I’ve thought about Sakharov’s Immunity. Having to go public with my name in order to testify for Nebraska’s eligibility bill was scary at first but I realize that it gives me some protection, because if they killed me outright it would be found out and would look suspicious.
The Breitbart death indicated to me that they know they have to have plausible deniability. They have to attack people medically. Makes it real handy that they are setting up a national database of medical records that are to be accessible to the bureaucrats in government. They can see whether I have a history of heart disease. I don’t - in fact, I was tested multiple times and have been told my heart is healthy as a horse - so they can’t use a heart attack dart on me. They’d have to use something slower-acting for me...
This is where we’re at in this country right now. And it’s been enabled by what few honest reporters/commentators we had being held hostage by Soros.

Get their responses on paper if you can. They may fall on their swords, like the dems like Nebraska’s Ben Nelson did for Obamacare, but we can make sure that the swords they fall on finish them off at least.
I think there’s something foul going on even with the Congress-critters, that so many would fall on their swords. Both D’s and R’s - and the R’s even when it was a lame-duck dem House. We know that the media was threatened by Soros, and it sure seems to me like the courts, military, Congress, law enforcement, McCain as the R candidate, Bush, Cheney, etc all acted or are still acting very much like the threatened media has acted. We all know it stinks; we just don’t know how exactly we got here so we don’t know how to make it stop.
