Republican presidential candidate Rick Santorum labeled Rush Limbaugh "absurd" over disparaging remarks from the radio talk show host directed at a law student who testified before a House panel in support of access to contraceptives.
"He's being absurd, but that's you know, an entertainer can be absurd," Santorum told CNN's Wolf Blitzer on Friday. "He's in a very different business than I am."

Except when he taking one for the “team”....see Right to work, Arlen Spector, subsidized BC, etc.”. Not sure I call that consistent.
Scott Brown just came out against Rush too..surprise surprise..the idiot and his dumb ass truck taking sides with libs. Hmmm, I don’t remember Republicans demanding the left apologize to Willow Palin when Letterman said she should be raped by Alex Rodriguez, in fact, the media thought it was hysterically funny, after all he’s just a comedian. I have supported him and this comment has made me lose respect for him. He just tossed a grenade into his own campaign.

The GOP is precisely that, which us why we find ourselves leaderless this election year.
Politics is not a gentlemens’ game, it's a fight for society's soul and the only rule is there are no rules. Democrats get that, Republicans don't and unfortunately society suffers because of that.
That is what Santorum is refering to. He's NOT throwing Rush under the bus.
I think that all of you concern trolls will be feeling stupid on Monday when Rush, who is smart enough to read the whole story and decipher Santorums meaning, comes out in defense of Santorum and against the misleading headline.
I'll check back here then to see if any of you have the integrity to admit you were wrong.

He didn’t implode. He was nuked. But Newt stayed in the bunker and the radiation has dissipated. Now he’s taking things back.
Not only did Santorum call Rush’s comments absurd, he called Rush himself an “entertainer.” This is exactly what the left calls him, because they refuse to see any of his ideas as legitimate. He is a “entertainer,” and our activists are “provocateurs.” No one is authentic, and Santorum played right into it and dismissed Rush like he was nothing.
That was the freakin’ point.
The media said it was wrong to question her virtue. The amoral hook up generation have no virtue. It’s not in question.
She DEMANDS that other’s pay for her contraception. She goes to a school that is twice many people’s annual salary.
She’d suck up a $500 increase in her tuition each semester. She can carry this cost. Or learn to practice outercourse and self-love.
Rush is like Sarah... if he or she says something... it is the truth so help them GOD. Rush pays to have his accuracy verified.

If anyone has not heard Rush's show from yesterday, March 1, and today you must try to hear it! Everything Rush said is the absolute truth and everything he said about Sandra Fluke is the absolute truth.
A woman goes to a Catholic University, pays $65,000 per year and wants the US taxpayers to pay for her birth control pills so she can have all the sex she wants. And that woman is called brave, moral,wonderful, by the MSM and the DEMS!!!!
With all of his religious grandstanding of late, I am surprised that Santorum did not take this opportunity to defend a private Catholic university’s right to adhere to the tenets of their faith. As far as Rush pegging this woman for exactly what she is, Rick could have declined to comment.
