House Speaker John Boehner distanced himself on Friday from Rush Limbaugh, calling the conservative radio host's words toward a women's rights advocate "inappropriate."
Amid a growing media firestorm over comments Wednesday by Limbaugh toward Sandra Fluke, a Georgetown Law student who testified before a Democratic panel on the use of contraception, Washington's top Republicans said through a spokesman that Limbaugh was wrong.
"The speaker obviously believes the use of those words was inappropriate, as is trying to raise money off the situation," Boehner spokesman Michael Steel said in a statement.

So Boehner is angry because Nancy Pelosi was offended by Limbaugh? What’s new about that? Nancy Pelosi STAYS offended by Limbaugh. Yeah, Limbaugh’s words might have been harsh, but he was just positing the notion that Fluke thinks someone else should pay for her birth control, so she can have sex as much as she wants. I guess that’s kind of like paying her to have sex. Question is, why shouldn’t she pay for her own?

John Boehner is pretty much the epitome of everything that is screwed up and worthless about what is the modern day Republican Party...his cowardice and inability to frame any political issue in a conservative way is pathetic.
God has a plan for all of us, but damn does it hurt when the fighters like Andrew Breitbart are taken from us too soon and gutless wonders like Boehner and the rest of his ilk in the Republican party screw us over for years in Washington DC.
Beyond disgusted.
We live in a world where “leaders” respond to what a talk show host does. It’s supposed to be the other way around.
