Thank you, Ma, for preparing the Canteen for today’s activities.

Now for our local DC Metroland weather report

~ Today... Rain.
A chance of thunderstorms this afternoon.
Highs around 50.
South winds 10 to 15 mph.
Chance of rain near 100 percent.

~ Tonight...
Showers likely with a chance of thunderstorms in the evening...
Then a chance of showers after midnight.
Lows in the upper 40s.
Southwest winds 10 to 15 mph.
Chance of rain 70 percent.

Okay, I can vouch for the 100% today as it is currently raining.

I suppose the thunder-boomers are part of the system
that hit Kansas & Missouri.
Hope no FReepers were in harm's way.
Prayers for a quick recovery out west.
I guess we'll have to batten down the hatches at the homestead.

There are moments when I wish I could rewind and correct an error
or fast forward to an anticipated time
and pause at my favorite moment.

Kind of quiet this morning
so I think I'll post and get in my hellos
before the hordes show up.

But, please stay right where you are.
Keep the troops and their families entertained.

Just think, it's Hump Day
the weekend is just around the corner.

ACK!!! We had a 1/2 an inch of snow last night, EGADS, what should I do?!!!

No closed schools though, I guess winter isn't quite done with us; other than that we're suppose to get a lot more rain too.

I'm not too happy about the AZ and MI primary results, but ANYBODY but 0bozo!

please don’t mention snow! Thank the good Lord that we’ve only had minimal snow this year. We needed the break.

We’re having rain right now, a little windy too.

I need to start researching candidates so I know who to vote for. I have avoided it so far. I’m not surprised by Romney in Michigan (lots of muslims up there and probably illegals) but surprised by AZ.

Going to the gym in the morning sure makes my day go fast. It’s almost time for lunch and I’m just getting around to answering pings. UGH!
