Media Matters called for private investigators 'to look into the personal lives' of Fox employees

A little after 1 p.m. on Sept. 29, 2009, Karl Frisch emailed a memo to his bosses, Media Matters for America founder David Brock and president Eric Burns. In the first few lines, Frisch explained why Media Matters should launch a “Fox Fund” whose mission would be to attack the Fox News Channel.

“Simply put,” Frisch wrote, “the progressive movement is in need of an enemy. George W. Bush is gone. We really don’t have John McCain to kick around any more. Filling the lack of leadership on the right, Fox News has emerged as the central enemy and antagonist of the Obama administration, our Congressional majorities and the progressive movement as a whole.”

“We must take Fox News head-on in a well funded, presidential-style campaign to discredit and embarrass the network, making it illegitimate in the eyes of news consumers.”

When FOX brought back that disgusting, vile satanic Alan Colmes, that did it for me and now this elections cycle and blind adoration for Mitt finally sealed it. Alan is the most vicious ugly hateful depraved person in the media I have ever witnessed.

lol.... I did not know they brought him back. I do not know if the 'foxes' poll liberals to see how much liberals HATE FOX news, but that is a poll I would love to see get done. I know some 'red' liberals that despise with a RED rage FOX News.... I used to 'feel' sorry for some of my liberal family and friends for being so unbalanced. Then after seeing some of the Jon Stewart media stunts pulled by some of the fox readers and their wise sage analysts I was forced to see my 'liberal' family and friends had a point.

And let US not forget Roger Ailes good buddy stalking Sarah to write his book of filth and vile smears.... I won't mind one little bit for when the exotic foxes get their comeuppances....

Over @FNC, O’gasbag and Hannity have their heads so far up Romney’s a$$ that they are loosing their tans. I usually hate Greta, but she’s coming up as the only one I can stomach. I think Colmes is second. CNN’s James Carville comes in first, in my book. He’s the one who decided within minutes of 9-11 he and the media would demonize Bush. And they did for years upon years upon years. Then they jumped to Governor Palin....Colmes only follows.
