Former New Orleans Mayor Ray Nagin, the colorful and controversial spokesman for the city after the devastating Hurricane Katrina in 2005, is under investigation by federal authorities, a source with direct knowledge of the probe said.

Actually ran across one article written by an investigative reporter right before Katrina hit. From there by following his article back it all seem quite clear. While documenting the Crime in Chicago on a research thread here, kept running across more and more on how the crime families in Chicago were tied to other towns: New Orleans, Philadelphia. Even states: Nevada, New Mexico.
Some names stuck out as they were repeated in various articles. When BO formed his government many came from those same areas. It’s connect the dot to dot to dot to dot.
If we as freepers can see these pattern, what must the FBI have had with all their wiretapes and insiders?
