Okay, I know this is going to surprise some people, but I don’t particularly blame the politicians in San Francisco on this one.
How would any of us like to be a politician with their record, and have so many perfect head-sized plastic bags out there a citizen could find a reasoned use for, if they ever woke up?

San Francisco already bans large grocery stores and chain pharmacies from using plastic bags, which are blamed for clogging landfills and waterways.Landfills? Isn't that where plastic bags go to die?
Anyone ever see a waterway 'clogged' up with plastic bags?
