Secretary of State Brian Kemp Rules Obama Can Stay on Ga. Ballot

Georgia's Secretary of State has ruled that President Barack Obama is eligible to be listed on the March Democratic primary ballot.

Brian Kemp on Tuesday rejected a challenge that said Obama does not meet the State of Georgia's eligibility requirements. The challenge argued that Obama, whose birth certificate states that he was born in Hawaii in 1961, is not a "natural born citizen."

A state judge rejected that challenge last week, and Kemp on Tuesday upheld the judge's decision.

Let me get this straight. Obama made a motion to dismiss this case, saying that he was already president. Malihi said that GA statute says a CANDIDATE has to prove they are eligible. Obama then asked to be excused from appearing at the hearing, saying that he was too busy to come and had already posted an image of his long-form. Malihi said that’s not a good enough reason to not be there but if Obama could come up with a legal reason Malihi would consider it.

So Obama didn’t show up and didn’t present anything to prove his eligibility as Malihi had initially said the law required, but Malihi decided that he proved he’s eligible anyway even though Obama submitted exactly zero documents.

In a matter of weeks Malihi went from saying the candidate had to prove eligibility to saying that someone who had submitted nothing had proven their eligibility.

Wonder what happened between there, that he called his initial ruling a big fat lie.

He got a look at birthers' so-called "evidence".

George Soros’ Secretary of State Project (SOSP)

Known as the Secretary of State Project (SOSP), the organization was formed by liberal activists in 2006 to put Democrats in charge of state election offices, where key decisions often are made in close races on which ballots are counted and which are not.

“Natural born citizen” is not the same as the birther argument. His “father” was not an American citizen. It is clear that he is not a “natural born citizen”.

Time for GA residents to take their laptops with them everywhere they go, and anytime a cop, employer, tax person, etc asks for documentation pull out an online image as your official proof. Show a cop a driver’s license documenting your name as Mickey Mouse...

Then if somebody says it’s not good enough, file a lawsuit saying that you’re not getting equal protection under the law, since Obama’s online image was good enough but they’re saying yours isn’t...

And of course we all know that you couldn’t be charged with presenting fraudulent documentation because an online document isn’t even pretending to be certified. It means nothing from a legal standpoint - which is precisely why that’s all Obama will do. But the point is that if he can get away with it, then EVERYBODY has to be able to get away with it, or else the State of GA is guilty of violating the Equal Protection Clause of the 14th Amendment.

Right, Judge Michael Malihi? ;)

Clearly, not to anyone except for birthers.

Your snarky and frankly, unamerican distain for the Constitution are sickening.
Now that you’ve accomplished your objective of reaffirming my fear that the republic is lost,
guess I’ll go sharpen my kitchen knives.

Anyone can grow up and become President of the United States even if his Social Security card doesn't pass E-Verify. What a country!

“GA is guilty of violating the Equal Protection Clause”

I wonder if anyone who has been penalized for ignoring a subpoena in Judge Malihi’s court can sue?

Probably not. They can violate peoples rights willey-nilley.

Brian Kemp. Brian Kemp. Brian Kemp.....[just burning that name into my mind for when I see it on a ballot here - he’s toast in my book]

Keep in mind that the plaintiffs strategized and asked ALJ Mahili to decide on the merits of the argument and not make a summary dismissal against candidate Obamugabe.

The decision on the merits, supposedly, allowed them to appeal. If the Judge had recommended that Obamugabe not be put on the ballot due to lack of evidence, there would be no avenue of appeal for the plaintiffs.

Obamugabe would shrug off the ballot issue (It’s Georgia! what do you expect from a bunch of racists!) and Kemp would still have had the option to agree or disagree with the ALJ decision.

My question is, have the plaintiffs filed an appeal (^without^ Orly this time!)?

Your discussion on the issue was very stimulating. Sadly, however, we all remember that William Jefferson Clinton away with “Perjury”. Since that time, many many American citizen’s have been found guilty of the same charge as that which Slick Willie escaped. It is sad but true that we are NOT all created equal nor do we enjoy EQUAL justice under the law.

The Hussein Heads least likely to help Hussein in any other way, passionately defend their man against the EEEVIL “birthers” with nothing except passion and hatred.

They either don’t comprehend the facts, or are unwilling to look into the discrepancies, but they WILL defend their man against the EEEVIL “birthers”.
