Money quote:
"Even though she is an undecided independent not sold on all of Romneys policies, Valerie Barker, an Asian-American Mormon and stay-at-home-mom who lives in northern Virginia, said she feels that a Mormon president could help usher into Washington a new era in which elected officials are held to higher moral standards."

Mormons think they are the ones with the ‘highest moral standard’. It is one of their attitudes of superiority.
They also think everyone would be happier if they were Mormon.

BUT:
Why is Bishop Willard Mitt Romney not using his title? What is he trying to hide? Do we want the elder of any faith to serve as President? Would we want a Catholic, Anglican, Methodist Bishop serving as president? Is it even constitutional? We need to have this conversation now!

The breakaway LDS sect of mormonism is about to feel like a dog that finally caught a truck !
The MSM will SHRED them with thier own secrets in defense of Obama, and this in turn will free millions of members from the cult and bring new conversions to near zero !

I dont know if this is the Mormon moment. But its a good moment to be Mormon.
This is the media's nice, pre-nomination view of Romney and all those nice, polite Mormons on their bicycles. Just wait...
They have not really made an issue of his Mormonism, yet. But if he gets the nomination, the American electorate will get a non-stop education in Mormonism from Joseph Smiths con-man history, faked scriptures, the abuse involved with marrying underage girls, the Mountain Meadows massacre, blood atonement, the history of racism in the church, to Kolob, to Jesus as Satans brother, to God having sex with Mary, to questions about the polygamy practiced by Mitts ancestors.
And remember the "boxers or briefs" question posed of Bill Clinton?
After the convention, if Mitt is the nominee, it may not be such a good time to be a Mormon.

In extensive interviews with 10 members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints who live and work in the D.C.-area, POLITICO discovered a close-knit community that is enjoying, granted with some reservations, the national spotlight that Romneys second White House bid is helping to shine on Mormons across the country. Then they'll just LOVE FR's lighting up MORMONism!

According to the poll, the majority of Mormons across the country, 63 percent, said they believe acceptance of their religion is on the rise. Do they 'believe' EVERYTHING that SLC headquarters tells them?

If Romney gets the nomination I have no doubt that some superpac out of Hollywood or Napa will spend $20mil talking about Magic Underwear...along with NBC running a two hour special on the tenets of Mormonism.
It's not right, but you can figure it will certainly happen.

I keep looking at the thousands of Mormon buildings we have around here in Utah, one in every neighborhood, and wonder...
What will happen to them when it hits the fan and the lid is ripped off this lie called Mormonism? And where will all the people go?

The Mormons have conducted their business under Tge radar, almost unnoticed all these years. Why would they risk the exposure of their cult like beliefs and financial scams by running a Mormon for POTUS, and attempting to sneak another one (Marco Rubio) in as veep?
The more that people are informed about
Mormonism, the better it is for the country.
