Georgia residents today delivered sworn testimony to a court that Barack Obama is slam-dunk disqualified from having his name on the 2012 presidential ballot in the state because his father never was a U.S. citizen, so he forever is prevented from qualifying as a “natural born citizen” as the U.S. Constitution demands for a president.

Has the Judge in this case actually rendered a decision on this hearing ??? I’m unaware of any decision as I watched the entire hearing . The most damning testimony came from the immigration documents specialist ,,, stating the person or persons responsible for the SS# and the BC currently being used by 0bama should face criminal charges for fraud and forgery and there should be a full investigation into the matter .

he has to send his decison to the GA SOS Kemp and Kemp decides under the GA election law whether or not the name of Barry Dunham will be placed on the GA ballot...
Whatever the finding of the Administrative Hearing, it won't amount to a hill'o'beans if the GA election officials don't use it to remove the im-POTUS from the ballot..,., and they don't really have to.
Also, Team Obama is (trust me on this) is looking for a complaisant Democrat judge, of which there is no lack in GA to slap stays and injunctions on the officials.
The hurtful truth of the matter: election officials need no court cover to remove Obama from the ballot in any state. All they need are the cojones to place their minor league political "careers" in jeopardy forever ... not to mention the perks.
I do not mean to denigrate the importance of this case in GA. The greatest result? It has re-legitimized the issue, and perhaps equally important, has turned the argument away from concentrating on the Hawaiian issue ... which in many ways ... is and always has been a side show that Team Obama has always used to its advantage.

I saw on the live feed thread that someone who was in the courtroom said the judge took the attorneys into chambers and told them he was going to find for the plaintiffs because Obama was a no-show and he wanted a hearing to introduce the evidence. I don’t have time to go back and find it but they had a link. It was somewhere after the 550th post.
So far anyway. If Obama fails to participate, then he looses by default, and will not be on the ballot.
I suspect the Obama camp is buying time to get their lies in order.

I agree that it has re-legitimized the issue. The MSM will ignore it but this is huge. It also establishes an official record and precedence assuming the decision goes against Obama.
Finally, it shows that in this great country there is finally someone in a position of authority with integrity and the courage of his convictions. Sometimes it only takes one courageous man to inspire others.

I pray that we have found that one man in Georgia. If they follow through and get this person off the ballot, the MSM would have to take notice. If Team Obama accepts it, and does not bring suit to be reinstated, it will speak volumes.
But I am sure they have a plan for that, based on Abraham Lincoln not being on ballots across the South. Of course, the Lincoln reference, no matter how spurious, will encourage his base.
If the GA~authorities believe that he is not an "NBC," as do I, and Obama chooses to contest it, there is no choice but to take it to the SCOTUS. Finally, those black-robed bumkissers would have to earn their pay!
I thought that someone from the Hawaii Dept of Health was suppose to appear in court with the birth certificate. What happened to that?

If it was this simple, “Constitution requires a natural born citizen to run for president, natural born citizen must be born of citizens, obastard is not so obastard is not natural born and can’t be president” Why has this not been done already and regardless of where he was born, be it on U.S. soil or not?
Its an undisputed fact that Barry has claimed that Obama Sr was his father and that the Hawaii DOH has confirmed it...
since Obama Sr was NOT an American citizen at the time Barry was born but had been born a British subject and was Kenyan at the time
and for what its worth had not given any indication he ever wished to be since he was not an immigrant nor applied to be but here only temp on a student visa and had a wife and child at home in Kenya
Since the case is not about disputing that paternity and Barry himself had no argumment against the plainiffs declaring Obama Sr his father, it has been established Barry is NOT natural born and therefore is ineligible to be on the GA ballot...
after the GA SOS disqualifies him (fingies crossed) if the DNC now try to submit his name they will have to prove he is other than native born...
